تبيين رابطه مولفه‎هاي فرهنگي و كيفيت نگهداري اموال در سازمان

Relation of Cultural Components and the Quality of Properties Maintenance in Organization

فرهنگ سازماني از مقوله‎هايي است كه به‎ دليل عموميت‎ داشتن، توجه صاحب‎نظران و پژوهشگران عرصه مطالعات مديريت و سازمان را به خود جلب كرده و دامنه اهميت آن تا اندازه اي رشد يافته كه مديران را براي تصميم‎ گيري در همه حوزه‎هاي سازماني، به احتياط و دقت بيشتر وادار كرده است. ازسوي ديگر، سازمان‎ها براي مقابله با مسيله كمبود مواد و اقلام و تحقق كميت و كيفيت قابل قبولي از آنها در راستاي انجام ماموريت‎ها، اقدام به نگهداري اصولي از آنها (از زمان ورود به سازمان و آغاز ذخيره‎سازي در انبار تا مرحله بهره برداري در جريان عمليات)، تحت استانداردهاي عملي و تجربي مي‎كنند تا امكان استفاده بهينه از آن فراهم آيد كه نقش فرهنگ در اين زمينه نيز، محسوس است. اين پژوهش به‎منظور بررسي رابطه مولفه‎هاي فرهنگي و كيفيت نگهداري اموال در سازمان‎هاي دولتي پايه‎ريزي‎شده و با شركت يك نمونه دويست‎وبيست ‎نفره از كاركنان و كارشناسان ارشد سازمان، به مورد اجرا درآمده است. براي جمع‎آوري اطلاعات، از يك پرسش‎ نامه محقق‎ساخته استفاده شد كه روايي و پايايي آن در حد قابل قبولي به‎اثبات رسيدداده‎هاي آماري با استفاده از روش‎هاي آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي و به‎كمك برنامه اس.پي.اس.اس. مورد تجزيه‎وتحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‎هاي پژوهش بيانگر آن است كه بين ويژگي‎هاي فرهنگي موجود و كيفيت نگهداري اموال، رابطه معني داري وجود دارد؛ يعني هر چه مولفه‎هاي فرهنگي بهبود يابد، نگهداري اموال نيز بهتر مي‎شود.

Organizational culture has attracted the attention of a large number of specialists and interested people to management science because of its publicity. The term “culture” and its synonyms are used in management literature from last decades. This topic has attracted such a great attention that has made managers very careful in decision making in all organization fields. On the other hand, because of high cost in organization and allocation of large amount of budget to properties the need for properly use of properties and equipment have been emphasized, and many theories and ideas have aroused in this respect. In Iran, limited systematic research has been made about the relationship between culture and property maintenance so far. Therefore, we recognized the necessity for an exclusive research in this field. This research has been designed and performed to understand the relationship between cultural characteristic and quality of property maintenance in government agencies. A sample of 220 staff of the organization have been chosen randomly and according to classified sampling method. The research made questionnaire was used collecting of information which its validity and reliability were proved data acceptable after performance. Statistical data was analyzed by means of descriptive statistical methods and perspective statistical methods. In SPSS program research finding show that there is meaningful relationship between current cultural characteristics and the quality of property maintenance i.e. the better cultural characteristics, the better quality of properties maintenance.
