بررسي وضعيت استانداردهاي سواد اطلاعاتي در بين فرهنگيان شهرستان دهلران

A Review of the Status of Information Literacy Standards among the Employees of Dehloran Education Department

مقدمه: اين پژوهش به‌منظور بررسي وضعيت استاندارهاي سواد اطلاعاتي در بين فرهنگيان شهرستان دهلران انجام گرفته ‌است تا توجه برنامه‌ريزان آموزشي را به ضرورت گسترش مهارت‌هاي اطلاع‌يابي و سواد اطلاعاتي در ميان فرهنگيان جلب نمايد. لذا شاخص‌هاي تاثيرگذار بررسي و با توجه به ميزان تاثير آنها، توصيه‌هاي لازم ارايه مي‌شود. مواد و روش‌ها: اين تحقيق پيمايشي و توصيفي-تحليلي است. جامعه آماري در اين مطالعه كليه فرهنگيان شاغل (رسمي، پيماني) شهرستان دهلران 92-91 به تعداد 2200 نفر بوده كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي 221 مرد و 106 زن انتخاب گرديد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش پرسشنامه مي‌باشد كه براساس استانداردهاي انجمن كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاهي و تحقيقاتي آمريكا تنظيم شده است. به‌منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آمار استنباطي براي آزمون فرضيات از T، آزمون T مستقل و آناليز واريانس استفاده شده است. نتايج: نتايج به‌دست آمده نشان مي دهد كه ‌به‌طور كلي وضعيت استانداردهاي سواد اطلاعاتي در بين فرهنگيان شهرستان دهلران در سطح مطلوبي قرار ندارد. همچنين وضعيت استانداردهاي سواد اطلاعاتي در بين فرهنگيان بر حسب جنسيت (زن و مرد) متفاوت مي‌باشد. نتيجه‌گيري: برگزاري دوره آموزش ضمن خدمت براي تقويت دانش و مهارت‌هاي سواد اطلاعاتي فرهنگيان، همراه با اعطاي امتيازات خاص براي قبولي هر دوره و برقراري سيستم ارتقاي شغلي براساس كسب مهارت‌هاي آموزشي و پژوهشي، از جمله پيشنهادات عملي در اين راستا مي‌باشد.

Introduction: The purpose of this research was to study the information literacy standards among the employees of Dehloran education department to trigger the attention of educational planners on the necessity of expanding information-seeking skills and information literacy among the employees of the education department. The main determinants were studied and based on their degree of impact, appropriate suggestions were made. Materials and Methods: This study is descriptive, and analytical. The statistical population consisted of all employees (permanent, and contract) of Dehloran education department in 2012-2013. From the total 2200 employees, 221 male and 106 female employees were selected, using stratified sampling method. A questionnaire was used to gather information. The questionnaire was developed based on the standards of the American Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL). Inferential statistics was used to analyze data, and variance analysis and independent t test were used to test the hypotheses. Results: The obtained results indicated that the level of information literacy standards among the employees of Dehloran education department was low. Also the level of the information literacy standards was different among the male and female employees. Conclusion: It is recommended to hold in-service training courses to raise the knowledge and information literacy standards of employees, provide special privileges for passing these courses, and establish a job promotion system on the basis of gaining educational and research skills.
