مقايسه وضعيت ايمني و بهداشتي اماكن سرپوشيده ورزشي اداره كل تربيت بدني و سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان همدان با استانداردها

Comparative study of indoor sport facilities and equipments of general administration of physical education and education ministry with standards in terms of safety and hygiene in Hamedan province

هدف اين پژوهش مقايسه وضعيت ايمني و بهداشتي اماكن سرپوشيده ورزشي اداره كل تربيت بدني و سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان همدان با استانداردها بود. پژوهش از نوع علي- مقايسه اي و از نظر هدف كاربردي بوده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل اماكن ورزشي سرپوشيده اداره كل تربيت بدني استان همدان (130N=) و سازمان آموزش و پرورش (51N=) اين استان به استثناي استخرها و نمونه پژوهش برابر با جامعه بود. گردآوري داده ها به شكل ميداني و با استفاده از دو چك ليست ارزشيابي ايمني و بهداشت تجهيزات و اماكن سرپوشيده ورزشي فرزام (1388) انجام شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي (شامل آزمون تي تك نمونه‌اي و تي مستقل) و با نرم افزار spss.15 انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه وضعيت ايمني و بهداشت اماكن ورزشي سرپوشيده اداره كل تربيت بدني و سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان همدان، از نظر همه مولفه هاي تحت بررسي در مقايسه با استانداردها به طور معني داري در سطح پاييني قرار داشتند (05/0= ?). وضعيت ايمني و بهداشت تاسيسات و ساختمان اماكن سرپوشيده ورزشي اداره كل تربيت بدني و سازمان آموزش و پرورش نيز به لحاظ وضعيت حفاظ ها، بنا، نور و صوت، سرويس هاي بهداشتي، رختكن و دوش ها، تهويه و دما ساز با يكديگر تفاوت معني داري داشتند، به طوري كه اداره كل تربيت بدني وضعيت بهتري داشت. در مقايسه وضعيت ايمني و بهداشت تجهيزات سالن هاي ورزشي فوتسال، هندبال، واليبال، بسكتبال و بدمينتون و نيز مناطق فعاليت سالن هاي ورزشي مزبور تفاوت معني داري بين دو سازمان مشاهده شد، به طوري كه سازمان آموزش و پرورش در وضعيت بهتري قرار داشت.

The aim of this study was a comparison between indoor sport facilities and equipments general administration of physical education and education ministry of Hamedan province with standards in term of safety and hygiene. Statistical population of this study includes the indoor sport facilities of hamedan province’s general administration of physical education (N=130) and education ministry (N=51) except pools. The sample was equal with the population. Data collection is done with the field method and it is used of safety and hygiene evaluation checklists that were made by Farzam (1388). For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, including single sample t-test and independent t-test, were used. The results showed that indoor sport facilities and equipments of both Hamedan’s general administration of physical education and education ministry, in comparison with the standards, were in a low level that this difference was significance (?=0/05). Also, in comparison of indoor sport facilities and buildingsʹ safety and hygiene condition between two studying organizations, there was significant differentiation in terms of fences, building, light and sound, air conditioner, toilet seats, and dressing rooms and showers condition, also, general administration of physical education was better than education ministry. In comparison of safety and hygiene of equipments and activity zones of sport indoor facilities (football, handball, basketball and badminton), there was significant difference between two organizations so that education ministry was better than general administration of physical education (?=0/05).
