An Evaluation Of The Basijisʹʹ Marefat (Insight) Plan Education Course

با توجه به مباحث نظري و عملي مطرح در زمينه اهميت ارزشيابي دوره آموزش طرح معرفت بسيجيان، اين مقاله با مرور و شفاف‌سازي مفاهيم مرتبط با موضوع به تبيين طرح معرفت و فرايند برنامه‌ريزي درسي مي‌پردازد. ارزشيابي مي‌تواند نقش موثري در بهبود و توسعه آموزش ايفا كند. در برنامه‌ريزي آموزشي داشتن يك نظام ارزشيابي از اهميت خاصي برخوردار است؛ زيرا رشد و تكامل آموزش مستلزم اطلاع از كارامدي آن و برنامه‌ريزي براي بهبود اقدامات در جهت تحقق اهداف آموزشي است. از آن‌جايي كه ارزشيابي نقش آيينه را براي آموزش ايفا مي‌كند، به همين جهت تصميم‌گيرندگان و دست‌اندركاران آموزشي مي‌توانند تصويري را از چگونگي فعاليتها به دست آورند و با استفاده از آن تصميم‌هاي لازم را جهت بهبود و پيشرفت فعاليتها براي نيل به بازدهي موردنظر اتخاذ كنند. به همين منظور، اين مقاله در پي آن است تا مشخص نمايد كه فرمايشات مقام معظم رهبري در مورد طرح معرفت كه فرمودند: «اما شما بسيجي‌ها بدانيد، بايد آگاهي‌هايتان را تقويت كنيد. معرفت به فلسفه بسيج، همين مطالبي كه من عرض كردم، معرفت به كارهايي كه بسيج نسبت به آن حساس است.» (سخنراني مقام معظم رهبري، 1381) تا چه حد جامه عمل پوشيده است. اين مقاله بر مباحث فوق‌ متكي بوده و در نهايت مباحث و مدلهاي مطرح در ارزشيابي دوره طرح معرفت بسيجيان را مورد بحث قرار مي‌دهد و مدلهاي پيشنهادي را ارايه و توصيف مي‌كند.

Considering the theoretical and practical subjects set forth on the significance of the evaluation of the Basijisʹ Marefat (Insight) Plan Education Course, this article begins to explain the Basijisʹ Marefat (Insight) Plan and the lesson planning process , by examining, and making transparent, the relevant concepts. Evaluation could play an effective role in improving and developing education. It is particularly important to employ an evaluation system in education planning, in that the development of education necessitates being informed of itʹs efficiency and planning for rationalizing efforts in the way of meeting the educational objectives. Since evaluation is a mirror of education, so the educational agents and decision makers could have an image of how the activities go on and take the required decisions, by using the image, for improving and advancing the activities in order to obtain the efficiency in question. For this purpose, the article seeks to determine to what extent the following statement from the Supreme Leader of Iran has been materialized: "However, you Basijis should know, you should increase in knowledge, a knowledge of the philosophy of Basij, a knowledge of what I just mentioned, a knowledge of the things Basij is sensitive to". This article relies on the above-said arguments. Finally, it discusses both the subjects and the models set forth in the Basijisʹ Marefat (Insight) Plan Education Course. Then, the proposed models are given and described.
