اگر صاحبان حرف پزشكي و وابسته، داراي اطلاعات و صلاحيت‌هاي لازم بوده و در انجام وظايف خويش مطابق موازين علمي و فني عمل كرده باشند، لكن اقدام به اخذ برايت از بيمار يا ولي او نكرده باشند، در اين صورت در قبال خسارات وارده، ضامن نخواهند بود. به عبارتي اصل بر اين است كه تعهدات صاحبان حرف پزشكي و وابسته تعهد به وسيله است، مگر خلاف آن مقرر شده باشد. در اين مقاله بعد از توضيح اجمالي اقسام تحقق مسووليت مدني پرستاران به تبيين تفصيلي برخي از تعهدات مهم و اساسي در خصوص مسووليت آن‌ها نظير تعهد به حفظ اسرار حرفه‌اي، حالت اورژانس و تعهدات پرستاران در اين وضعيت، تعهد به بازآموزي و به روز رساني اطلاعات علمي، مراقبت از بيماران پر خطر و نهايتا به انجام اقدامات درماني توسط پرستاران پرداخته شده است.

In this article, having a briefly explained about the types of civil responsibility of nurses, we embark on giving a detailed inclusive delimiter of some of the fundamental and important obligations concerning their responsibilities, including an obligation to professional secrecy, emergency and the obligations of nurses in this situation, an obligation to retraining and updating scientific information and therapeutic interventions by nurses.
