گزارش پروژه تحقيقاتي: بررسي توقّعات و انتظارات مردم و بسيجيان از بسيج

توقّع و انتظار «نظامي و دفاعي» كار ويژه مقطعي بسيج بود كه با سربلندي وحماسه سازي، زمينه‎هاي مشاركت آحاد مردم را در دوران دفاع مقدس مهيا كرد. امروزه انتظار و توقع از بسيج، به عنوان بزرگترين سازمان مردمي براي حفظ انقلاب و دفاع از دستاوردهاي آن و حضور موثر و كارآمد در تمامي ميدان‎هاي مورد نياز انقلاب و كشور، بيش از هر زماني ضرورت و اهميت يافته است. بر اين اساس در اين پژوهش، با هدف تعيين توقعات و انتظارات دو گروه «مردم» و «بسيجيان» از بسيج، در ابعاد عرصه‎هاي مختلف، ساختار و تشكيلات، ويژگي‎ها و شرايط بسيج، ماموريت‎ها و فعاليت‎ها، زمينه و عرصه‎هاي حضور بسيج، رفتار و عملكرد بسيجيان و نهايتاً چگونگي تحقق ارتش بيست ميليوني به اخذ نظرات دو گروه اقدام شد. نتايج و يافته‎هاي بدست آمده از اين تحقيق، حكايت از آن دارد كه از نظر پاسخگويان «انگيزه ديني و دفاع از اسلام» مهمترين انگيزه پيوستن به بسيج، مناسب‎ترين روش پيوستن به بسيج «آزاد با شرايط معمولي»، مناسب‎ترين ماموريت و وظيفه بسيج، «همه جانبه و حضور در تمام ميدان‎ها،» و مناسب‎ترين شكل و ساختار را «همه جانبه» اظهار كرده‎اند. بيشترين تعداد افراد نمونه «همه انواع بحران‎ها» را براي كشور تهديد آميز دانسته و خواستار نقش آفريني بسيج در مقابله با بحران‎ها بوده‎اند. از نظر پاسخگويان مناسب‎ترين شيوه ترغيب و تشويق بسيجيان «فراهم نمودن شغل براي بسيجيان» در اولويت قرار دارد.

Military and defensive expectation were two temporary functiori of Basij. Basij proudly paved the way for people participation in the period of holy defence years. Today expectation from Basij as the greatest and largest popular organization for safeguarding Islamic Revolution and defending its achievements, and effective and influencial presence in all scenec where the nation and Revolution need Basij, has gaind imprtance more than ever. Based on this role, the purpose of this study was to identify people and Basij expectations from Basij in different areas such as structure and organization characteristics and conditions of Basij, missions and activities, scenes and front for Basij presence, Basijis behaviour and performance, and ultimately the ways of formation of “20/000/000 Military”. For this purpose. people and Basijis viewpoints about those areas of survay were collected. The findings and results of the research shows that the most important motivation of those who joined Basij is a neligious motivation and to defend Islam. The most reasonable way for joing Basij is ‘free and easy condition, the best mission for Basijis to be present in all scenes and in all — out presence, and the most suitable organization and structure is broad base organization. Most ofthe participants considered all kinds of crisis as threatening for country and they called for Basij to be an active player and actor to confront crisis. The most appropriate way to encourage Basijis to join Basij , according to the participants, is to provide and creat a suitable job at the first place.
