گزارش پروژه تحقيقاتي: بررسي نقش كانون‎هاي فرهنگي ـ ورزشي بسيج درحفظ انسجام بسيجيان

A Report on a Research project

در راستاي ايجاد انسجام دروني در نيروهاي بسيجي، يكي از ماموريت‎هاي نيروي مقاومت بسيج اجراي برنامه‎هاي حفظ انسجام است و بر اساس قانون استخدامي سپاه، بسيج موظف است، با تشكيل كانون‎هاي فرهنگي ـ ورزشي جوانان، اين ماموريت را محقق سازد. مسيولين و برنامه‎ريزان كانون‎هاي فرهنگي ـ ورزشي بر اين باورند كه با اجراي فعاليت‎هاي حفظ انسجام، توانسته‎اند تجمعي منسجم و پويا از جوانان را فراهم نمايند كه با احساس تعلق خاطر نسبت به اهداف و ماموريت‎هاي بسيج، آمادگي حضور و فعاليت در رده‎هاي مختلف بسيج را دارند. به منظور بررسي علمي اين باور، موضوع «تبيين ميزان انسجام بهره‎مندان از كانون‎هاي فرهنگي ـ ورزشي جوانان و تعيين ميزان اثر بخشي اين كانون‎ها در حفظ انسجام بسيجيان» به عنوان پروژه تحقيقاتي از سوي سازمان تحقيقات و مطالعات بسيج به اجرا در آمد. موضوع تحقيق با استفاده از روش علمي ـ مقايسه‎اي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج كلّي تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه از ميان جوانان و نوجوانان بسيجي كه از فعاليت‎ها و اقدامات كانون‎ها بهره‎مند شده‎اند، از ميزان انسجام بيشتري نسبت به بسيجيان كانون نديده برخوردار هستند، و از ميان بسيجيان بهره‎مند از دو نوع كانون «بسيج مساجد» و «كانون‎هاي متمركز» اعضاي كانون‎هاي بسيج مساجد از انسجام بيشتري برخوردار هستند و اختلاف انسجام، حكايت از اثربخشي «كانون‎هاي مساجد» نسبت به «كانون‎هاي متمركز» دارد.

In order to establish internal integrity among Basij forces, one of the missions assigned to Basij Resistance Force is to carry out the programme of maintaining integrity ofBasij forces on the other hand, according to Recruiting law of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Army, Basij is obliged to perform this mission through creating sports — cultural centers for youth. The officials and planners of these centers believe that they could join groups of active and dynamic youth who feel responsibility towards Basij missions and objectives and are ready to participate and work at different level of Basij bases through integrity programme. In order to explain this belief through a scientific way, a reseach project titled as “explaining the degree of integrity amony the members of sports — cultural centers of youth and measuring the degree of effectiveness of these centers on maitaining Basijis intergrity “was carried out by the center of Basij studies, The topic of the reseach was Studies by a scientific — comparative method. The findings of the research indicate that organizational integrity was much more among those who participated in the programmes activities of sports — cultural centers compared to those who did not took part in the programme. And among those who participated in the activities of two kinds of these centers — mosques and centertized clubs — the degree of integrity was higher among those who participated in mosque programmes compared to those who participated in the activities of centeralized clubd. The difference in integrity indicate that mosque programmes compared to centeralized clubs programmes were much more effective.
