The Role of Women in Dealing with Crises Resulted from Natural Disasters with an Emphasis on the Capabilities of Females Basij (Basij - e - Khaharan) and Bam Experience.

در اين مقاله با رويكردي نظري و پژوهشي، موضوع پيامدهاي نامطلوب بلاياي طبيعي و نيازهاي روان‌شناختي بازماندگان با تاكيد بر نقش زنان در تامين اين نيازها مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در اين مطالعه از يك سو، ماهيت بلاياي طبيعي و پيامدهاي آن به همراه عوامل خطرزا و آسيب‌پذيري افراد و مداخلات پيشنهادي در امدادگري به گروههاي هدف مورد توجه قرار گرفته و از ديگرسو، توانمنديهاي زنان و بسيج خواهران در امداد به قربانيان بلايا و تجربه خدمات بسيج خواهران در زلزله بم مدنظر محقق بوده است. در پايان مقاله نيز جمع‌بندي موضوع و پيشنهادهاي كاربردي مرتبط با آن ارايه شده است.

In the present article, the issue of undesirable implications of natural disasters and sychological needs of the survival, through a theoretical and research approach, have been discussed by emphasizing on the role of women in providing and meeting such needs. In the present survey, the nature of natural disasters and the following impacts as danger - generating factors and individuals Vnlnerabilities and suggested interference in providing relief to target groups, on the one hand, and the women and females Basij,s Capabilities in helping the victems of disasters as well as the experience of Basij - e - Khaharan Services in the earthquack of Bam, on the other hand, have been discussed. At the end of the article, a summary of the research and applicable suggestion have been presented.
