پيامدهاي اجتماعي و اقتصادي تغيير الگوي كشت و نقش آن در توسعه‌ي روستايي مطالعه موردي: تغيير الگوي كشت برنج به مركبات در دهستان بالاتجن استان مازندران*

Social and Economic Consequences of Changing Cultivation Pattern and its Role on Rural Development Case study: Changing Cultivation Pattern of Rice to Citrus in Balatajan County of Mazandaran Provin

الگوي كشت به عنوان يكي از اجزاي سيستم كشاورزي مي تواند نقش موثري در دستيابي به اهداف توسعه‌ي كشاورزي و روستايي كه همانا بهبود زندگي كشاورزان و رفاه حال آنان است، داشته باشد. الگوي كشت بيان‌كننده‌ي نوع يا تركيب كشتي است كه كشاورز جهت بهره برداري بهينه از اراضي، آن را انتخاب مي كند. انتخاب هر الگوي كشت، به دليل چند بُعدي بودن كشاورزي مي تواند پيامدهاي مهمي در زندگي كشاورز و جامعه‌ي روستايي داشته باشد. اين پيامدها كدام بخش از حيات اجتماعات روستايي را متاثر مي سازد، و نيز جهت و عمق اثرگذاري آن كدام است، پرسش اساسي ما در اين تحقيق خواهد بود. براي پاسخ‌گويي به پرسش تحقيق، مطالعات كتابخانه-اي و ميداني صورت پذيرفت. مطالعات ميداني صورت گرفته مربوط به دهستان بالاتجن استان مازندران و سال زراعي 1389 مي باشد. به اين منظور 250 نفر از كشاورزاني كه توليد مركبات را جايگزين توليد برنج نموده بودند انتخاب و نظر آنان را در ارتباط با آثار اجتماعي و اقتصادي تغييرات صورت گرفته جويا شديم. يافته هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است در اين دو بخش تفاوت معناداري در دوره‌ي قبل و بعد از تغيير الگوي كشت و در سطح آلفا 01/0 وجود داشته است. در شاخص هاي اجتماعي به جز مولفه مشاركت در مولفه‌هاي ماندگاري و آگاهي كشاورز پيرامون فعاليّت كشاورزي، ميانگين ها نشان از رشد شاخص دارند و در شاخص هاي اقتصادي كيفيت اشتغال، رفاه و امنيت اقتصادي اين رشد محسوس تر نيز هست. براين اساس مي توان گفت الگوي كشت مركبات در توسعه‌ي روستاهاي مورد مطالعه نقش موثري را ايفا نموده است.

Cultivation pattern as one part of agricultural system can have an effective role in obtaining the agricultural and rural development goals which, in fact is the improvement of farmers’ life and their welfare. Cultivation pattern indicates the type or a combination of cultivation that farmer chooses for optimum use of lands. Choosing any cultivation pattern, due to its multidimensional nature can have important consequences on farmers’ life and rural community . Now, which section of rural community life will be affected and the direction and depth of this influence is the substantial question that we will investigate in this study. In order to answer this question, library and field studies were conducted. The field studies were related to the Balatajan village in Mazandaran Province and agriculture year 2010. For this purpose, we selected 250 farmers who replaced production of citrus instead of rice and asked them about social and economical effects of these changes. Our research findings showed that in these two parts, there had been a significant difference before and after changing the cultivation pattern and at Alpha 0.01.In social indices, except of participation, in two aspects of durability and farmer awareness, the results showed the index growth and in economical index, this growth is more sensible in the quality of employment, welfare and economical safety. Therefore, on this basis, it can be said that citrus cultivation pattern has made effective role on development of Balatajan county .
