ميزان آگاهي دانشجويان پرستاري دانشگاه علوم‌پزشكي بوشهر از اخلاق در حرفه پرستاري سال 1392

Investigating Awareness Amount of Nursing Students of Medical Sciences University of Bushehr about Ethic in Nursing Profession -2013

چكيده زمينه و هدف: مسوليت‌هاي اخلاقي پرستاران در عملكرد و مراقبت مستلزم اين است كه از اصول اخلاق حرفه‌اي آگاه باشند. هدف اين مطالعه تعيين ميزان آگاهي دانشجويان پرستاري دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بوشهر از اخلاق در حرفه پرستاري بود. روش بررسي: در اين مطالعه توصيفي‌ـ مقطعي جامعه مورد مطالعه دانشجويان ترم 4 تا 8 پرستاري دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بوشهر بودند. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه دو قسمتي شامل اطلاعات دموگرافيك و سيوالات تخصصي اخلاق و مقررات در حرفه پرستاري بود. داده‌ها با آزمون‌هاي آماري مجذور كاي و تي مستقل تجزيه و تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها: آگاهي كلي دانشجويان ترم 4 تا 8 پرستاري بوشهر در خصوص اخلاق و مقررات در حرفه پرستاري در حد متوسط(78/53 درصد) است. بين جنسيت و ميزان آگاهي رابطه معني داري وجود داشت(05/0p < )، به طوري كه اين ميزان در افراد مذكر بيشتر بود. بين سن و ميزان آگاهي و هم‌چنين بين ترم تحصيلي دانشجويان و ميزان آگاهي رابطه معني داري مشاهده نشد(05/0p < ). نتيجه‌گيري: اين مطالعه نشان داد، ميزان آگاهي دانشجويان پرستاري دانشگاه علوم پزشكي بوشهر از اخلاق حرفه‌اي در وضعيت مطلوب نيست.

Background & aim: Nursesʹ ethical responsibility in practice and care is required to be aware of the principles of professional ethics. The aim of this study was to determine nursing studentsʹ knowledge of ethics in nursing of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In the present analytical-descriptive sectional study, in which the participants are 4-8 semester nursing students of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences. The research tools for collecting information were tow-section questionnaires consisting of demographic data and specialized questions about ethic and rules in the nursing profession. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS software by using independent t-tests and chi-square. Results: Total awareness of 4-8 semester nursing students about ethic and rules in nursing profession was intermediate (53.78 percent). There was a considerable relation between sexuality and satisfaction (p < .046), accordingly in males this amount was more than females. A considerable relation between age and satisfaction amount wasn’t observed (p > .436). A considerable relation between studentsʹ educational semester and satisfaction amount was not also not observed (p > .927). Conclusions: Studentsʹ awareness about professional ethic wasnʹt very desirable so it is suggested that by holding moral workshops in nursing or settling moral courses in nursing students curriculum will increase the amount of nursing studentsʹ awareness about nursing ethics.
