Structure of International System and Erdoganʹs Mobilized Foreign Policy in Middle East

هم‌سويي با ساختار نظام بين الملل عاملي مهم در نقش‌پذيري بازيگران در خاورميانه محسوب مي‌شود كه دولت اردوغان به خوبي از آن، جهت بالا بردن قدرت منطقه اي و نقش جهاني تركيه بهره برده است. بررسي ساختار نظام بين الملل و تاثير آن بر تحرّك سياست خارجي دولت اردوغان در خاورميانه مهم‌ترين پرسشي است كه مقاله حاضر درصدد پاسخ‌گويي به آن است. حركت تحول گونه و در حال تكامل انديشه اسلام گرايي تركيه از راديكاليسم به طرف ميانه روي، پتانسيل بالا آن را در مواجهه با ضروريات جهان به نمايش مي‌گذارد. در زمينه سياست خارجي اين حزب در سال‌هاي اخير «سياست خارجي چندوجهي» و بازي با همه بازيگران را در دستور كار دستگاه ديپلماسي خود قرار داده است. درك و شناخت واقعيت هاي نظام بين الملل و حركت در جهت پاسخ‌گويي به نيازهاي ساختار نظام بين الملل از مهم‌ترين عوامل افزايش تحرّك سياست خارجي تركيه در خاورميانه به حساب مي آيد.

Congruency with the structure of international system is considered an important factor in the role acceptance of players in the Middle East which seems Erdoganʹs government has efficiently used it in increasing Turkeyʹs regional power and its role in the politics of world community. Understanding the structure of international relations and its impact on the mobilization of Erdogan foreign policy in Middle East is primary question that it is tried to have an answer for it in this article. Evolutionary mobilization of Islamic thoughts in Turkey from Islamic radicalism into moderation demonstrates its high flexibility potential in satisfying and implementing worldʹs ideological and practical expectations. In foreign policy, Erdoganʹs party in recent years has placed on its diplomatic agenda a multifaceted foreign policy and interaction with all nations. Pragmatism and understanding of true nature of relations in world community and also moving toward satisfying the structural requirements of international system are considered the important factors underlining the successfully mobilized foreign policy employed by Turkey in Middle East.
