ارزيابي عملكرد مالي با رويكرد تحليل پوششي داده‌ها (مورد: شركت هاي مخابرات استاني)

Financial Performance Evaluating with Data Envelopment Analysis Approach (Case Study: Provincial Telecommunication Companies)

با شتاب روز افزون علم و آگاهي در دنياي امروز، شركت‌ها به‌منظور تطابق با شرايط متغير محيطي مجبور به استفاده از تكنولوژي ارتباطات مي‌باشند. سرمايه‌گذاري در اين تكنولوژي نيز به‌سرعت در حال افزايش است. ارزيابي عملكرد همواره يكي از دغدغه‌هاي اساسي براي پايش اين تطابق بوده است. به‌تازگي كاربرد تيوري‌هايي از جمله تحليل پوششي داده‌ها و تيوري خاكستري براي ارزيابي عملكرد مورد توجه بسيار بوده است. بنابراين از اين دو تكنيك با توجه به اهميت شركت مخابرات به‌عنوان پيشرو حوزه تكنولوژي ارتباطات كشور و لزوم ارزيابي عملكرد آن در اين پژوهش استفاده شده است. به اين منظور نخست مجموعه معيارهاي موثر در ارزيابي عملكرد مالي مخابرات استخراج و ميزان اهميت (وزن) هر يك با استفاده از اعداد خاكستري تعيين شد. سپس با استفاده روش تحليل پوششي داده‌ها، مدلي براي ارزيابي و رتبه‌بندي شركت‌هاي مخابرات ارايه شد. نتايج به دست آمده نشان مي‌دهد كه شركت‌هاي مخابراتي استان‌هاي مركزي، تهران و خوزستان به‌ترتيب بهترين عملكرد مالي را دارند.

With the increasing pace of science and knowledge in today?s world, companies in order to comply with the changing conditions, have to use communication technology and capital investment in this technology, is growing rapidly. Performance evaluation is one of the main concerns for monitoring this agreement. Recently, applying the theory of data envelopment analysis (DEA) and gray theory for performance evaluating has been highly regarded. Considering the importance of telecommunications company, as a leader in the field of communication technology and necessity of evaluating its performance, these two techniques have been used in this study. For this purpose, first a set of criteria in evaluating the financial performance of telecommunication and the importance (weight) each were determined using the gray numbers. Then, of using DEA, a model for evaluating and ranking the telecommunications companies was presented. The results indicated that the telecommunication companies of Markazi, Tehran and Khuzestan provinces have the best financial performance.
