بررسي نيازهاي آموزشي توانبخشي مادران كودكان اتستيك

Evaluation of Rehabilitation- Educational Needs of Mothers with autistic children

چكيده مقدمه: اُتيسم اختلال عصب شناختي رو به گسترشي است كه ابعاد مختلف عملكرد كودك و خانواده را تحت تاثيرقرار مي‌دهد و نيازمند ارايه خدمات توانبخشي و درماني چند بعدي و گاه مادام‌العمر است لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نيازهاي مادران كودكان اتيستيك انجام شده است. مواد و روش?ها: اين پژوهش از نوع نيازسنجي است. گروه نمونه، والدين 41 نفر از كودكان اتيسم را شامل مي‌شود كه به صورت نمونه‌گيري در دسترس از سه كلينيك اتيسم شهرستان مشهد، انتخاب شدند. شركت‌كنندگان، پرسش‌نامه پژوهشگرساخته، شامل نُه مقوله آموزشي- توانبخشي را كامل كردند. پايايي كل پرسش‌نامه (نُه مقوله) به شيوه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 94/0= ? محاسبه شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج تي تك نمونه‌اي نشان داد كه والدين كودكان اتيسم، همه مقوله‌هاي آموزشي- توانبخشي را مورد نياز ارزيابي كردند و چهار مقوله آشنايي با مسايل خودياري كودك، آشنايي با مهارت‌هاي بازي كودك و بازي كردن والدين با كودك، آشنايي با مشكلات شناختي و ذهني كودك و آموزش مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي را بسيار مورد نياز ارزيابي كردند. همچنين، نتايج تحليل واريانس چند متغيره نشان داد كه سن كودك، ترتيب تولد كودك، سن مادر و ميزان تحصيلات والدين، در اولويت بندي نيازها، تاثيري نداشته است. نتيجه‌گيري: به كارگيري نتايجو اولويت‌هاي مستخرج از نيازسنجي حاضر مي‌تواند متخصصان و درمانگران را جهت ارايه خدماتتوان‌بخشي و روانشناختياز اولويت بالا يا در حد بسيار مورد نياز تا اولويت‌هاي بعدي يا در حد مورد نياز ياري رسانند. كليدواژه‌ها: كودكان اتستيك، نيازهاي آموزشي توانبخشي، نيازسنجي

Abstract Introduction: Autism is a neurological disorder with increasing prevalence which affects various dimensions of the children and their families that often require multi-dimensional, lifelong rehabilitation and therapy services; therefore, this study aims to investigate the needs of autistic childrenʹs mothers. Materials and Methods: This research is a Need Assessment. Research sample included 41 parents of autistic children who were selected through available sampling from three autistic clinics in Mashhad. Participants completed the author’s produced questionnaire and filled nine rehabilitation and educational categories. The reliability of the questionnaire (nine categories) was assessed through the application of the Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient and equaled ?=0. 94. Results: The result of one sample T test indicated that the parents agreed on the utilization of all rehabilitation and educational categories. They placed more emphasis on the following four categories: childʹs self-care, childʹs play skills, parents playing with child, childʹs cognitive and mind problems and childʹs communicative skill. Furthermore, the results of MANCOVA demonstrated that childʹs age, the number of birth, motherʹs age and parentsʹ education have no influence on the needs’ prioritization. Conclusion: Applying the results of the current need assessment can help professionals and therapists to offer psychological and rehabilitation services to the patients and provide them with an appropriate prioritization of their needs.
