Identifying the Factors Effective on Supply Chain Performance and Improving It by Using system Dynamics Techniques (Case study: Darugar Company)

پس از يك دوره بي‌توجهي به كاربرد پويايي شناسي سيستم در مديريت زنجيره تامين در سال‌هاي اخير اين مبحث دوباره مورد توجه محققان قرار گرفته و تحقيقات گسترده‌اي در اين زمينه انجام شده است. هدف اين مقاله بررسي و بهبود برخي رفتارهاي نا‌مطلوب در زنجيره تامين با استفاده از تكنيك پويايي‌شناسي سيستم است. در اين تحقيق نخست مروري بر مباني مديريت زنجيره تامين و پويايي‌شناسي سيستم شده و سپس يك طبقه‌بندي از تحقيقات انجام شده در استفاده از پويايي‌شناسي سيستم در مديريت زنجيره تامين ارايه شده است. مورد مطالعاتي اين تحقيق يك زنجيره تامين كه كار توليد و توزيع محصولات بهداشتي را با مركزيت شركت داروگر انجام مي‌دهد، مي‌باشد. پس از مطالعه و شناسايي اجزا و متغيرهاي زنجيره، شبيه‌سازي با ارايه فرضيه ديناميكي شروع شده و به‌ترتيب حلقه‌هاي علي –معلولي، نمودارهاي نرخ - حالت و فرمول‌هاي رياضي تكميل شد. سپس مدل‌ها با روش‌هاي شناخته شده مدل‌هاي پويايي‌شناسي سيستم و روش‌هاي آماري آزمون شده است. زماني كه عوامل اصلي موثر بر رفتار كل سيستم و روابط بين آن‌ها به خوبي شناخته و صحت عملكرد مدل تاييد شد، سه سياست با توجه به شاخص‌هاي شناخته شده ارزيابي عمكرد زنجيره تامين پيشنهاد و در مدل اجرا شد. سياست‌ها عبارتند از كاهش ميزان فروش از دست رفته، كاهش ميزان موجودي و دريافت اطلاعات صحيح كه اجراي آن‌ها موجب بهبود شاخص‌ها شده است. نتيجه اين تحقيق توانا ساختن ما در پيش‌بيني نتايج، قبل از هر گونه تغيير در متغيرها، ارتباط‌ها و يا ساختار زنجيره است كه با توجه به پيچيده بودن زنجيره تامين اهميت زيادي دارد.

The use of system dynamics modeling in supply chain management has only recently re-emerged after a lengthy slack period. The propose of this proper is to use knowledge and techniques in implementation based on recent research. At first, we give an overview of supply chain management and system dynamics and then present a taxonomy of research and development in system dynamics modeling in supply chain management. This research focuses on a supply chain as a case study, which produces and distributes healthy products and its main company is Darugar. System dynamics techniques was used know effective variables in our supply chain and understand how to improve its performance. For this purpose, a simulation model design was applied by explaining dynamic hypothesis and then by creating casual loops, stock & flow diagrams and mathematical formulation. The model was tested by famous dynamics and statistical techniques. Then the causes of supply chain’s behavior were investigated by sensitivity analyses. When we understood the main factors and their interactions completely, three policies were suggested according to supply chain indexes to improve its performance: missed sale reduction, inventory reduction and correct information receive; all of which caused improvement in the indexes introduced in this research. What we achieved of this research was our ability of predicting results before any changes in the parameters, relationships or structure of the supply chain, and this is of great importance due to its high degree of complicity.
