Technical and Economical Optimization of a Gas Distribution Network in Order to Find the Technical Reason of Gas Pressure Drop in Winter

شبكه توزيع گاز در بعضي از مناطق سردسير ايران در فصل زمستان با مشكل افت فشار و در نتيجه قطعي گاز مواجه مي شود. بيشتر اوقات افزايش مصرف به عنوان دليل اصلي اين مشكل بيان شده است، در حالي كه افزايش مصرف، كه تا حدي نيز امري طبيعي مي باشد و همچنين يكي از پارامترهاي كليدي طراحي شبكه است، تنها دليل ايجاد اين مشكل نمي باشد بلكه شبكه هاي توزيع گاز بهينه نشده دليل مهمي براي توزيع نامناسب گاز، ايجاد افت فشار و قطعي گاز مي باشند. در اين تحقيق شبكه توزيع گاز متعلق به روستاي باباريز در نزديك شهر سنندج به وسيله يك الگوريتم ابتكاري بهينه سازي ، بهينه شده است. نتايج نشان مي دهند كه قطر بيش از 90% از لوله ها بيش از مقدار مورد نياز در نظر گرفته شده استكه اين مسيله باعث ايجاد هزينه اضافي بيش از 300 ميليون ريال در اجراي شبكه مي شود. شبكه هاي بهينه نشده توزيع گاز باعث افزايش هزينه هاي اجراي شبكه شده و همچنين توزيع و تحويل گاز به مصرف كننده را در زمانهاي بحراني مصرف با مشكل روبرو خواهند كرد.

Gas distribution networks in some cold regions of Iran face the pressure drop and as a result the gas cut off in winters. Most of times the increasing consumption in winter has been stated as the main reason of causing this problem, while the increasing consumption, which is natural to some extent and also is a designing key parameter of the network, is not the only reason of gas cut off. Non-optimized network is a significant reason to cause the gas pressure drop. In this research the gas distribution network Babariz village, near to Sanandaj city, is optimized by a heuristic algorithm. The results show that of the gas pipelines are over designed which this non-optimized network result in extra expanse of more than in the execution process of the gas network. Non-optimized gas distribution networks cause extra capital costs and execution expenses. Such networks make troubles in distributing and delivering gas in critical times of consumption to the consumers.
