رابطه بين خلاقيت وهوش هيجاني مديران با ميزان كاربست مولفه هاي سازمان يادگيرنده در مدارس

Relationship between Creativity and Managers Emotional Intelligence with Applying the Learning Organization Components in School

هدف اين پژوهش تعيين رابطه بين خلاقيت و هوش هيجاني مديران با ميزان كاربست مولفه هاي سازمان يادگيرنده درمدارس است.روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است ، جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران مدارس راهنمايي و متوسطه شهر اراك در سال تحصيلي 91-90است كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي نسبي 144 مدير انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته خلاقيت ،پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش هيجاني و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته كاربست مولفه هاي سازمان يادگيرنده استفاده شد .يافته ها نشان داد كه?وضعيت?خلاقيت و هوش هيجان?مديران?مدارس بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار دارد وهمچنين ميزان كاربست?مولفه هاي?سازمان?يادگيرنده?در?مدارس مورد مطالعه?بالاتر از حد متوسط مي?باشد? بين ميزان خلاقيت مديران و كاربست مولفه هاي سازمان يادگيرنده همبستگي مثبت و معنادار (224/0= r ) در سطح 01/0 p < وجود دارد همچنين ميزان خلاقيت مديران با مولفه هاي آرمان مشترك ، يادگيري تيمي و تفكر سيستمي همبستگي مثبت و معنادار دارد.اما بين خلاقيت مديران با دو مولفه ديگر سازمان يادگيرنده (قابليت شخصي و الگوهاي ذهني ) رابطه معنادارمشاهده نشد. بين هوش هيجاني مديران و كاربست مولفه هاي سازمان يادگيرنده همبستگي مثبت و معنادار (225/0= r ) در سطح 01/0 p < وجود دارد همچنين بين هوش هيجاني مديران با الگوهاي ذهني ،آرمان مشترك و تفكر سيستمي همبستگي مثبت و معناداروجود دارد اما بين هوش هيجاني مديران با دو مولفه ديگر سازمان يادگيرنده (قابليت شخصي و يادگيري تيمي ) رابطه معنادارمشاهده نشد.

The purpose of this research was to investigation relationship between creativity and managers emotional intelligence with applying the learning organization components in public guidance and high schools in Arak. The population included school managers in Arak. 144 managers were selected by proportional stratified random sampling. In order to gather data, two questionniares were made to assess scholar creativity and applying learning organization componenets. The Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire was also used. Results showed that creativity and emotional intelligence of school managers are above average. Also using components of learning in schools is higher than average. There is positive and significant correlation between managers creativity and learning organization application components level, also, managerʹs creativity level, have positive and significant correlation with shared vision, Team learning and systems thinking components. Howevere there was not any significant relationship between managers creativity and two other components of learning organization (i.e. personal competence and mental models). There was positive and significant correlation between managers emotional intelligence and learning organization application components level, also, managers emotional intelligence level, had positive and significant correlations with mental models, shared vision and systems thinking components. But there was not any significant relationship between managers emotional intelligence and two other components of learning organization (i.e. personal competence and team learning). furthermore.
