كاربرد اتمسفر اصلاح شده نگهداري و بسته بندي دانه هاي انار

The use of modified atmosphere packaged for storage and packaging of pomegranate seeds

مسيله بازاريابي و تجارت محصول، حلقه انتهايي چرخه توليد محسوب مي شود. محصولات باغي همچون انار به جهت مشكل انبارماني و فسادپذيري در اين خصوص از وضعيت پيچيده تري برخوردارند. يكي از مشكلات ميوه انار در ايران، نگه داري و عرضه نامناسب آن است، لذا دستيابي به بسته بندي مناسب انار و دانه انار در ايران از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. در حال حاضر، پوسيدگي ميوه انار در انبار يا در مراحل بازاررساني، مهم ترين مشكل انبارداري و مانع عمده صادرات ميوه انار محسوب مي گردد و از طرفي، اگرچه درخواست جهاني براي انار به دليل خواص درماني آن افزايش يافته، ولي به دليل مشكلات مربوط به جدا كردن دانه از ميوه انار تمايل زيادي به خريدن اين ميوه وجود ندارد. از اين رو، در چندين سال اخير، استفاده از روش هاي درست و صحيح جدا كردن دانه ها و نگه داري مناسب به منظور عرضه به بازار بسيار مورد توجّه قرار گرفته است. خوشبختانه دستگاه هاي جدا كردن دانه از انار در حال حاضر وجود دارد ولي متاسفانه مشكلات مربوط به نگه داري دانه وجود داشته كه در حال حاضر، روش هاي به كار رفته، فقط قادر به نگه داري به مدّت چند روز مي باشند. تحقيقات زيادي پيرامون نگه داري دانه انار در حال حاضر در سرتاسر دنيا مورد توجّه قرار گرفته است. يكي از اين روش ها، نگه داري تحت شرايط اتمسفر اصلاح شده مي باشد كه نتايج خوبي را در بر داشته است. در ادامه به بررسي تحقيقات انجام شده در اين زمينه و بر روي دانه انار و اهميت استفاده از اين روش پرداخته مي شود.

Trade and marketing of the product is considered the terminal loop of production cycle. Shelf life of perishable horticultural crops such as pomegranate is even more complicated. One of the problems of pomegranate fruit in Iran is maintenance and supply therefore achieving the best packaging practice for pomegranate and pomegranate seeds in Iran is important. Currently, the pomegranate fruit spoilage during storage or in the marketing process is one of the most important and most difficult barriers to export. One the other hand, the global demand for pomegranate has been increased because of its health benefits, but due to problems related to separate the seeds from the pomegranate people do not like to buy it. Hence in recent years, the use of correct techniques of separating the seeds in order to marketing has been highly regarded. Fortunately, there is now a device to separate the seeds from the pomegranate seed but unfortunately, there are problems related to the preservation currently methods that can only be stored for several days. Many researches on separating seeds have already been noted around the world. One of these methods is storage under modified atmosphere conditions that have contributed to the good results. In this review, researches in the field and on the pomegranate seeds and the importance of using this method are discussed.
