بررسي رابطه مشاركت سياسي و احساس امنيت اجتماعي در بين شهروندان اصفهاني

Investigating the Relationship between Political Participation and Social Security Feeling among Isfahan Citizens

هدف اين تحقيق، بررسي رابطه مشاركت سياسي شهروندان اصفهاني با احساس امنيت اجتماعي آنان است. مشاركت سياسي فعاليت هايي است كه شهروندان به طور مستقيم يا غيرمستقيم براي تاثيرگذاري بر گزينش اعضاي دولت و حكومت، يا برنامه‌ها و فعاليت‌هاي آنها انجام مي‌دهند. مشاركت سياسي شهروندان در شرايط احساس امنيت اجتماعي شكل مي‌گيرد و همراه با ادراك سياسي و كاربست آن در جامعه استمرار مي‌يابد. احساس امنيت اجتماعي از جمله ملزومات اساسي توسعه پايدار و موزون يك جامعه به شمار مي‌رود. احساس امنيت به معناي آرامش روحي و رواني در برابر خطرها و حوادثي است كه در زندگي روزمره فرد را تهديد مي‌كند. در استقرار ساز و كارهاي امنيت اجتماعي، نقش مشاركت مردم بيش از هر اقدام سخت افزارايانه‌اي حايز اهميت است. چرا كه برآيند مطلوب هر نظام سياسي كه چگونگي فضاي امنيتي جامعه نيز متاثر از آن است، عبارت از ميزان رضايتي است كه آحاد مردم از عملكرد آن نظام در تعامل با محيط پيراموني دارند. روش تحقيق پژوهش در جمع‌آوري و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، روش پيمايشي است. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش نيز شهروندان بالاي هجده سال ساكن در مناطق چهارده گانه شهر اصفهان هستند. كه براساس سرشماري سال 1385، تعداد آنها 1248754 نفر است. با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و نمونه‌گيري سهميه‌اي تعداد 384 به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و بررسي شدند. يافته ها نشان داد كه همبستگي معناداري بين ابعاد مشاركت سياسي با احساس امنيت اجتماعي وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Isfahani citizens’ political participation and their feeling of social security. Political participation refers to the direct or indirect activities of the citizens with the purpose of influencing the selection of government members, its plans and activities. Political participation of the citizens takes place in a state of feeling socially secure and continues by its political understanding and application in the society. Feeling socially secure is one the fundamental requirements of sustained and balanced development in a society. Feeling secure is tantamount with mental peace when confronting dangers and mishaps that threaten a person’s daily life. The role of people’s participation is more important than any actual measurements in establishing social security mechanisms because the desirable outcome of any political system which also affects the security of its society is the degree to which people are satisfied with the performance of that system in interacting with their surroundings. The study uses survey method for data collection and analysis. Questionnaires were used for collecting data. Research population includes citizens older than eighteen residing in fourteen city divisions of Isfahan, who are, according to 1385 census, 1248754 people. Using Cochran test and stratified sampling, 384 people were selected as samples and analyzed. Findings demonstrated that there is a significant correlation between political participation dimensions and social security feeling.
