بررسي رابطه باورهاي غيرمنطقي و ارزيابي تصوير بدني در دو سن نوجواني و جواني دختران

چكيده تصوير فاعلي از بدن، يكي از مهمترين مولفه‌هاي سلامت رواني در زنان است كه به دليل ارتباط با ابعاد جسمي، شناختي و عاطفي مي‌تواند مبين رفتارهاي سالم يا ناسالم آنان باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رابطه باورهاي غيرمنطقي و ارزيابي تصوير بدني در دو سن نوجواني و جواني در دختران مي‌باشد. نمونه پژوهش شامل140 دختر (70 دانشجو و 70 دانش‌آموز) است كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه‌اي انتخاب شدند. ابزارهاي اين پژوهش پرسشنامه روابط چند بُعدي بدن- خود (MBSRQ)؛ (كش) و آزمون باورهاي غيرمنطقي جونز (IBT) مي‌باشد. پژوهش از نوع توصيفي- همبستگي و علي- مقايسه‌اي است. داده‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌هاي آماري نظير t مستقل، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه ببين باورهاي غيرمنطقي و تصوير بدني رابطه‌اي وجود ندارد (05/0 < P). همچنين بين باورهاي غيرمنطقي در نوجواني و جواني تفاوتي وجود ندارد (05/0 < P). علاوه بر اين بين ارزيابي تصوير بدني در نوجواني و جواني تفاوت وجود ندارد. همچنين در برآورد مدل رگرسيون، 15 درصد واريانس ارزيابي تصوير بدني به‌وسيله متغيرهاي پيش‌بين قابل تبيين است. يافته‌هاي مطالعه حاضر بيانگر اين نكته است كه مقايسه نوجواني و جواني دختران (سن) نقش كليدي در ايجاد ارتياط بين تصوير بدني و باورهاي غيرمنطقي نداشت.

Gholamali Lavasani, Ph.D.**** Subjective image of body is one the important issues in females mental health for its relation with physical, cognitive and emotional dimensions which can be determinant of their normal or abnormal behaviors. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between irrational beliefs and evaluation of body image in adolescence and youth females. The research sample is concluded 140 female (70 University students and 70 students) selected using cluster random sampling. The research instruments are the questionnaire of the relations of multidimensional of self- body (MBSRQ) (Kash), and the test of Joneʹs irrational beliefs (IBT). The research is a kind of descriptive - correlational and causal - comparative. Data were analyzed using statistical parameters such as t-test, the Pearson correlation and analysis of multi-regression. The results showed that there is no relationship between irrational beliefs and body image (p > 0/05). Also there is no difference between irrational beliefs and body image in adolescence and youth (p > 0/05). Furthermore there is no difference between body image evaluation in adolescence and youth. Also, in regression model, 15 percent variance evaluation is explained through prediction variables. The results of the study indicate that the comparison between adolescents and youth females (age) has no effect in relationship between body evaluation and irrational beliefs.
