چكيده فارسي :
اين مقاله با هدف تبيين رابطه ميان بيگانگي شغلي با فرهنگ سازمان در سازمانهاي آموزشي، در ميان كاركنان نواحي هفتگانه آموزش و پرورش شهر مشهد اجرا شده است. از ميان حجم كل جامعه آماري تعداد 285 نفر به شيوه نمونهگيري تصادفي طبقهاي با تخصيص متناسب انتخاب شدهاند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه فرهنگ سازماني دنيسون (2007) و پرسشنامه بيگانگي شغلي سيمن (1991) بوده است، كه پس از بررسي روايي (تحليل عامل تاييدي) و پايايي (روش همسازي دروني) به منظور بررسي روابط ميان متغيرها از روش معادلات ساختاري (تحليل عاملي و تحليل مسير) استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از تحليل معادلات ساختاري، حاكي از برازش مدل تاثير بيگانگي شغلي بر فرهنگ سازمان با ضريب تاثير37/0-= ? و معناداري مدل با توجه به شاخصهاي برازش بود. بيشترين تاثير بيگانگي شغلي بر مولفه سازگاري با ضريب تاثير غيرمستقيم 30/0- است. قويترين بار عاملي فرهنگ سازماني درآموزش و پرورش در بعد سازگاري با بار عاملي81/0 بود. درنهايت، خروجي ليزرل با مقادير49/12- =t و 37/-0=R رابطه ميان بيگانگي شغلي و فرهنگ سازماني را تبيين نمود. بنابراين، ميان بيگانگي شغلي و فرهنگ سازمان رابطه وجود دارد؛ هرچه بيگانگي شغلي كاهش يابد، نمرات مولفههاي فرهنگ سازماني افزايش مييابد.

Introduction
Study around culture is very significant in sociology. In social approach culture is a social pattern in society. Sociologist be lives for having corporation is necessary for society to have some roles and being people that want conduct their action refers to roles. These roles help people for control their social action and leads to Relationship Corporation. Culture involves values and believes. This values and believes made a commonsense that leads to stability in social system. More than 30 definition were expressed for culture, that one of the agreed definition from Hobermas approach; culture is combination of believes and values that named common knowledge. Organizational culture combination of patterns that directed staff behaviour in organization and staff action for achieving goals base on It . One of the important issues in organizational studies is organizational culture because organizational culture had been identified as a key factor in organizations success or failure since last two decades. Organizational culture is a collection of assumptions that determined organizational values and norms for accessing to organizational goals. Different factors such as culture factors, social factors, and historical factors can be impact on OC, and OC can be impact on important output such as performance, creativity, job satisfaction and commitment. So recognizing factors impact on OC is important because OC have a lot of effect on organizational outputs. Job alienation is one of the important social factors can impact on OC. Job alienation leads to conflict action with value frame agree in organization. So organizational culture performances reduce and even stop, and organizational accessing well is impassible. Sociologist always studies social phenomena and they identify job alienation as a important social problem in contemporary. In this research, OC base on Denison model fall in to 4 component; Involvement, Adaptation, Mission, Integration. Involving means organizing staff in group and increase human capabilities in order to empowerment. High level perception in integrated organization of essential values exists. Adaptation means, organization responded to environment request very well. Mission component referring to definite strategy, goals and vision for future . Alienation involves 3 components. Involve: feeling of power less ness, felling of self alienation and feeling of futility. The present paper conducted by the aim of explanation impact of job alienation sentiment on organizational culture in Educational organizations among education staffs of Mashhad Country in 2013.
Method & Material
The research hypothesis had been extracted from the theoretical model.
This research was done with descriptive and explanatory method, kind of survey study by using organizational culture Denison questionnaire (2008) and job alienation Seaman questionnaire (1991) .and the research population consists of all the employees of education organization in Mashhad and explanation place are staff.
The sample size of this research includes 285 people of education staffs were stratified random sampling selected.
Descriptive and explanatory analysis used for decisions about hypothesis and achieve to structural model.
Statistical techniques is structural equations (path analysis, factor analysis).
Discussion of Results & conclusions
According to the obtained results of structural equations and Goodness of Fit statistics the conceptual model was meaningful. The most job alienation’s impact was on adaptability component with ?=-0/30.The most important organizational culture component in Educational organizations were adaptability with factor loading=0/81.
Output of LISREL showed R=-0.37, R2= 0.14, T=-12/49, that relationship between Job Alienation and organizational culture is meaningful.
And its achieved data path analysis and factor analysis demonstrated that, a meaningful relation was observed between job alienation and organizational culture, and if job alienation sentiment decrease organizational culture component’s grades will increase.
