چكيده فارسي :
اين مقاله در مقام آن است با بررسي محورهايي كه در دانش‌هاي اسلامي مي‌توان از آن‌ها جايگاه سنت را در مقام استدلال شناخت، نشان دهد سنت در مقام استدلال در تراز قرآن نيست و پس از آن جاي دارد. در اين مقاله اين محورها بر اساس متون حديثي، دانش نقد حديث، علم اصول، علم كلام و علم تفسير شامل؛ ارزيابي حديث با قرآن، نسخ قرآن با سنت، تفسير قرآن با حديث، دليل اعتبار سنت و ماهيت سنت مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. به عبارت ديگر ابتدا ظرفيت اين محورها از جهت دلالت بر جايگاه سنت پردازش شده، آنگاه با نگاهي فراگير نشان داده شده كه اين محورها در يك سطح از جايگاه قرار ندارند بلكه برخي مقدم بر برخي ديگر است.
ماهيت سنت و دليل اعتبار آن اهميت بيشتري دارد چه، نتيجه آن دو هر چه باشد مي‌تواند جهت و دلالت ديگر محورها را تعيين نمايد. بر پايه‌ي اين فرايند اين قول قوي مي‌نمايد كه سنت در استدلال در تراز قرآن نيست.

Studying those issues in Islamic disciplines from which the position of Sunnah in the process of reasoning can be recognized, the present article argues that this position is not parallel to that of the Quran. Rather it lies next to it. The article deals with these issues based on Hadith texts, criticism of Hadith, Principles of jurisprudence, theology, and exegesis. Evaluation of the Hadith based on the Quran, abrogation of the Quran by the Sunnah, interpretation of the Quran by the Sunnah, the proofs on the authenticity of the Sunnah, and the nature of the Sunnah are going to be studied in this article. In other words, discussing the capacity of these axes as to their indicating the position of the Sunnah , the article ,taking a comprehensive look, indicates that these axes are not the same level and the same position. Rather, some are prior to others. The nature of the Sunnahand the arguments behind its authenticity are of higher significance, since regardless of the differences in this field, the outcome of this discussion can determine the mode and signification of other axes. Based on this process, it is quite likely that the Sunnah is not the same level as the Quran in reasoning.
