تحليل عوامل و سنجش مديريت آشوب گونه در سازمان تربيت بدني جمهوري اسلامي ايران بر اساس الگوي نظريه آشوب

The Factor Analysis and Evaluation of Chaordic Management in Iran Physical Education Organization Based on Chaos Theory

هدف اين پژوهش سنجش مديريت آشوب و هنجارسنجي ابزار اندازه‌گيري مديريت آشوب بر اساس الگوي تيوري آشوب در سازمان تربيت‌بدني جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. اين تحقيق در دو مرحله انجام گرفت، در مرحله اول با بررسي پيشينه تحقيق و نظريه آشوب و با استفاده از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي از طريق مصاحبه با ده متخصص مديريت و مديريت ورزشي، مفهوم مديريت آشوب تبيين شد. يافته‌هاي حاصل از بخش اول مدل مديريت آشوب خودمولد را معرفي كرد. بر اساس مدل طراحي‌شده و با استفاده از نظريه آشوب، عناصر و ابعاد اصلي اين مفهوم با عنوان درونمايه‌هاي چهارگانه (اثر پروانه‌اي، سازگاري پويا، جاذبه‌هاي عجيب، خودمانايي) در نظرگرفته شدند. در مرحله دوم بر اساس مدل مديريت آشوب خودمولد، گويه‌هاي مقياس مديريت آشوب استخراج شد. به‌منظور بررسي روايي سازه يا محتواي پرسشنامه از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي استفاده شد كه بيانگر وجود چهار عامل به‌عنوان عوامل تشكيل‌دهنده سازه مديريت آشوب‌گونه بود كه عبارتند از: ساختار سازماني، مهارت مديران، شرايط و فضاي سازمان و كاركنان. پايايي پرسشنامه نيز از طريق روش آلفاي كرونباخ (92/0) كه مويد همساني دروني مناسب ابزار است، تاييد شد. نتايج نشان داد سطح تحصيلات مديران و سابقه مديريت با ميزان مديريت آشوب‌گونه ارتباط مستقيم دارد. سپس با استفاده از اين مقياس مديريت آشوب در سازمان تربيت بدني بررسي شد و يافته‌ها حاكي از آن بود كه مديريت آشوب در سازمان به‌طور معناداري در حد متوسطي قرار دارد و با توجه به اينكه ارتباط معناداري بين مقدار هر كدام از ابعاد مديريت آشوب و اهميت ابعاد وجود نداشت، مي‌توان استنباط كرد كه مديران سازمان تربيت بدني در وضعيت موجود از مزايا و آثار مثبت مهارت مديريت آشوب به‌منظور تصميم‌گيري، بهبود كيفيت و ... بهره‌مند نيستند.

The aim of this study was to evaluate chaordic management and normative evaluation of chaordic management measuring tool based on chaos theory in Iran Physical Education Organization. This study was carried out in two phases: in the first phase, the study background and chaos theory were examined and the concept of chaordic management was determined using qualitative content analysis and through interviewing 10 management and sport management experts. The findings of the first phase introduced the model of self-productive chaordic management. Based on the designed model and chaos theory, the principle components and dimensions of this concept were considered as butterfly effect, dynamic adaptation, strange attractors and self-similarity. In the second phase, based on the model of self-productive chaos management, the items of the chaos management scale were extracted. To examine the construct validity or the content validity of the scale, exploratory factor analysis was used which identified four factors as the components of chaos management as follows: organizational structure, managersʹ skills, conditions of the organization and employees. In order to evaluate the reliability of the scale, Cronbach’s alpha was used (0.92) which showed the suitable internal consistency of the scale. The results indicated the direct relationship of managersʹ education level and management career with chaos management. Then, chaos management in the Physical Education Organization was examined by this scale and the findings showed that the chaos management was significantly at an average level in the organization. As there was no significant relationship between the rate and importance of each chaos management dimension, it can be inferred that managers of the Physical Education Organization did not benefit from the positive advantages of chaos management skill in the decisions, quality improvement, etc. in the current condition.
