تاثير عوامل موثر بر پذيرش خدمات دولت الكترونيك از سوي كاربران با استفاده از الگوي UTAUT

Factors Influencing Usersʹʹ Acceptance of E-Government Services through UTAUT Model

دولت‌هاي مدرن امروزي، فناوري اطلاعات و نظام‌هاي اطلاعاتي را ابزاري براي عرضه خدمات مناسب‌تر و موثرتر به شهروندان قرار داده‌اند. اما چنانچه خدمات دولت الكترونيك، مورد پذيرش و استفاده قرار نگيرد، اهداف فوق تحقق نخواهد يافت. هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، تعيين ميزان تاثير عوامل موثر بر پذيرش خدمات دولت الكترونيك تعيين شد و به منظور نيل به آن، از الگوي يكپارچه پذيرش و فناوري (UTAUT) استفاده گرديد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر را دانشجويان دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد تشكيل داد و حجم نمونه نيز تعداد 315 نفر انتخاب شد. براي گردآوري داده‌هاي مورد نياز پژوهش، از پرسشنامه استفاده گرديد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS و روش‌هاي آماري مانند تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه و رگرسيون لجستيگ استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاضر، تاثير متغيرهاي انتظار عملكرد، انتظار تلاش و نفوذ همتايان را بر قصد رفتاري دانشجويان تاييد كرد. يافته‌ها همچنين نشان داد كه متغيرهاي شرايط تسهيل‌گر و قصد رفتاري، تاثير معناداري بر رفتار استفاده كاربران دارد. با وجود اين، آثار متغيرهاي تعديل‌گر در اين بررسي قابل توجه نبود

Modern governments nowadays have started to use information technology and information system as a tool for offering more suitable and influential services to citizens. Yet, if e-government services are not accepted and welcomed, such goals would not be materialized. This study tries to assess the effectiveness of factors influencing the acceptance of e-government through the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The statistical population of this research is the students of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and the sample volume is composed of 315 persons. A questionnaire was administered among them to collect the needed data. SPSS software and statistical methods such as multiple regression and logistic regression were employed to analyze the data. The findings asserted the effectiveness of three variables, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy and peer influence on the studentsʹ behavioral intentions. The findings also indicated that the variables of facilitating conditions and behavioral intention were significantly effective on the users’ using behavior. However, the moderating variables were not considerably effective in this research.
