مقايسه ابعاد مختلف پايداري صيد در تعاوني‌هاي پره‌ استان گيلان

Comparison of Different Dimensions of Sustainable Fishing in the Pareh Cooperatives in Gilan Province

صيد و صيادي به منزله يكي از زيربخش‌هاي مهم كشاورزي نقش بسزايي در تامين پروتيين مردم دارد. تعاوني‌هاي پره استان گيلان به‌رغم برخورداري از سابقه طولاني در زمينه صيد، با مشكلاتي از قبيل كاهش صيد نسبت به سال‌هاي گذشته، بالا بودن هزينه خريد ابزار و ادوات صيد و حمل‏ونقل آن و نامساعد شدن صيدگاه‌ها به‏ دليل عوامل طبيعي و انساني و ... مواجه شده‌اند‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ كه اين موضوع، ناپايداري در بخش صيد و صيادي در نوار ساحلي شمالي كشور، به‌ويژه استان گيلان را به دنبال داشته است. اين مقاله با هدف بررسي وضعيت پايداري صيد و صيادي تعاوني‌هاي پره در استان گيلان و تحليل ابعاد مختلف پايداري در اين تعاوني‌ها تدوين شده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق، مديران عامل و روساي هييت‌مديره تعاوني‌هاي پره در استان گيلان و كارشناسان شيلات اين استان بودند كه 36 مورد از آنها از طريق فرمول كوكران تعيين و به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. روش تحقيق، تكنيك آناليز چندمعياري (MCA) به منزله يك رهيافت عمومي است كه مي‌تواند براي تحليل مشكلات پيچيده شامل معيارهاي چندگانه، در سيستم‌هاي پيچيده‌اي مثل صيد و صيادي به‌ كار رود. نتايج نشان داد كه پايداري اقتصادي بهترين وضعيت و پايداري اكولوژيكي بدترين وضعيت را دارد كه اين بيانگر وضعيت بحراني اكولوژيكي درياي خزر است.

Fishing as one of the most important agricultural sectors has an important role in providing the protein for people. Pareh cooperatives despite of having a long history, are faced with problems such as loss of fishing catch compare with previous years, the high cost of purchasing tools and equipments to catch and transportation and Location of fishing become unfavorable due to natural and human factors that this could cause instability in fishing sector in the northern coastal strip, especially in Gilan province. This paper aimed to investigate the sustainability of fishing cooperatives (Pareh) in Gilan province and has been developed to analyze different aspects of sustainability in the cooperatives. The statistical populations of the research were managing directors and board chairmen of fishery cooperatives and Fisheries experts of Gilan province that 36 of them were determined through formula of Cochran and were selected randomly. Methods used in this paper, were the technique of multi-criteria analysis, a general approach that can analyze complex problems involving multiple criteria are used in sophisticated systems such as fishing. The results showed that economic sustainability has the best situation and ecological sustainability has the worst situation, which shows the status of the Caspian Seaʹs ecological crisis.
