چكيده فارسي :
سياه ماهي (Capoeta capoeta gracilis) از ماهيان نيمه اقتصادي حوضه آبريز جنوب درياي خزر مي باشد. در تحقيق حاضر به منظور مقايسه پارامترهاي سلولي و بيوشيميايي خون سياه ماهي در زيستگاه هاي مختلف، در فصل توليدمثلي اين ماهي، 100 قطعه ماهي در رودخانه هاي سياهرود و تالار مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. پس از خونگيري به روش قطع ساقه دمي در ماهيان كوچكتر و پونكسيون قلب در ماهيان بزرگتر مقادير برخي از پارامترهاي خون شناسي از جمله شمارش كلي و تفريقي گلبول هاي سفيد و شمارش گلبول هاي قرمز، هموگلوبين، هماتوكريت و انديس هاي گلبولي (MCH، MCHC ، MCV) بصورت دستي و با روش هاي متداول آزمايشگاهي و آزمايشات غيرالكتروليتي سرم خون شامل گلوكز، كلسترول، تري گليسيريد، پروتيين كل، آلبومين، گلوبولين، اوره خون، كراتينين، AST، ALT، ALP و همچنين آزمايشات الكتروليتي شامل كلسيم، سديم و پتاسيم به روش استاندارد آزمايشگاهي انجام پذيرفت و ميانگين و خطاي استاندارد هر يك از پارامترهاي مذكور تعيين گرديد. نتايج نشان داد پارامترهاي بيوشيميايي سرم خون سياه ماهيان در ميزان كلسترول، تري گلسيسيريد، پروتيين كل، گلوبولين، آلبومين، فسفر، گلوكز، ALT، كراتينين، اوره خون، اسيد اوريك، پتاسيم، سديم و كلسترول در دو رودخانه داراي اختلاف معني دار آماري بوده (P < 0.05) درحاليكه در فاكتورهايAST ، ALP، كلسيم اختلاف معني دار آماري مشاهده نشده است. اختلاف معني داري در پارامترهاي سلولي خون شامل تعداد گلبول هاي سفيد و قرمز، هماتوكريت، هموگلوبين، MCH، MCV و MCHC ماهيان دو رودخانه مشاهده شد (P < 0.05) ولي در درصد لنفوسيت، ايوزينوفيل، مونوسيت و نوتروفيل اختلافي مشاهده نشد. با توجه به تفاوت هاي مشاهده شده احتمالاً جمعيت هاي سياه ماهي در زيستگاه هاي مختلف از يكديگر متمايز شده و داراي پارامترهاي خوني نسبتا متفاوتي مي باشد كه اين تفاوت مي تواند ناشي از شرايط محيطي متفاوت باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
Capoeta capoeta gracilis is one of the semicommercial fishes in basin from the Caspian Sea. In present research, in order to compare the Cellular and biochemical parameters of blood serum in different habitats, in during the breeding season this fish, 100 pieces were studied in Talar and Siyahroud rivers. After blood obtaining in the way on caudal peduncle incision in smaller fish and heart ponxion in larger fish, the amount of some of hematologic parameters Including the total count and subtraction of WBC, the total count of RBC, Hb, Hct, and globule indexes (MCH, MCHC, MCV) were measured manually and with conventional laboratory methods then non-electrolyte experiments of blood serum including Glucose, Cholesterol, Triglycerides Total protein, Albumin, Globulin, Blood urea, Creatinine, AST, ALT, ALP as well non-electrolyte such as Calcium, Sodium, and Potassium were done based on standard and experimental method and mean and standard error each of the foresaid parameters were determined. The results from statistical analysis showed That the comparison of biochemical parameters of Capoeta capoeta gracilis blood serum between these two rivers, The significant difference was observed in the amount of Triglyceride, Total protein, Globulin, Albumin, Phosphorus, Glucose, ALT, Creatinine, blood urea, Uric acid, Potassium Sodium and Cholesterol (P < 0.05). While significant differences were not observed in parameters of Calcium, AST and ALP (P > 0.05). In other hand, that the comparison of cellular blood parameters The significant difference was observed in the number of WBC, RBC, Hct, Hb, MCH, MCV and MCHC between these two rivers(P < 0.05). While in the percent of lymphocytes, eosinophile monocytes and neutrophils were not observed significant differences (P > 0.05). According to obtained results perhaps it can be stated that the population of Capoeta capoeta gracilic in different habitats were distinct from each other and have partly different blood parameter that these differences can be because of different environmental conditions
