تاثير آموزش ‌كارآفريني بر قصد كارآفريني دانشجويان رشته‌هاي فني‌وحرفه‌اي

The Effects of Entrepreneurship Education on Technical and Vocational Studentsʹʹ Entrepreneurial Intention (Case Study: Technical and Vocational University- Karaj Girls’ Institute)

مقاله حاضر به بررسي تاثير آموزش ‌كارآفريني بر قصد كارآفريني دانشجويان رشته‌هاي فني‌وحرفه‌اي مي‌پردازد. آموزشكده‌هاي عالي فني و حرفه‌اي از مراكز فعال در آموزش عالي هستند كه دانشجويان را علاوه بر دانش تيوري با مهارت‌هاي عملي نيز درگير مي‌كنند. آموزش كارآفريني و مهارت‌هاي كسب‌وكار از عناوين واحد درسي اجباري در آموزشكده‌هاي فني وحرفه‌اي است. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش گردآوري داده‌ها، جز تحقيقات شبه‌آزمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل 240 نفر از دانشجويان در دو گروه متشكل از 120 نفر از دانشجويان دريافت‌كننده آموزش (گروه آزمايش) و 120 نفر دانشجويان غير دريافت‌كننده آموزش (گروه كنترل) است. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه بود كه روايي آن با كسب نظر استادان دانشگاه تاييد شد و پايايي آن نيز بر پايه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 93/0 به دست آمد. نتايج تحليل آزمون‌هايt يك نمونه‌اي و آزمون مقايسه ميانگين دو جامعه نشان داد كه آموزش‌ كارآفريني بر قصد كارآفريني و درك امكان‌پذيري دانشجويان رشته‌هاي فني وحرفه‌اي تاثيرگذار است؛ همچنين در اين پژوهش فرضيه‌هاي تاثيرگذاري آموزش بر نگرش‌هاي فردي، هنجارهاي اجتماعي و دانش كارآفريني دانشجويان بررسي شد كه تاييد نشد.

Nowadays, entrepreneurship development plays a key role in economic, political, social and industrial development. Entrepreneurship education, especially in higher education, is one of the strategic practices for entrepreneurship enhancement. This study examines the effect of education on technical and vocational intention. Technical and vocational institutions are amongst active entities in higher education systems which provide learners with practical skills in addition to theoretical knowledge. These skills are offered as required credit units in technical and vocational institutions. The participants in this study are 1600 students who are divided into two different groups. 350 students took part in entrepreneurship courses as the experimental group and 1250 students as the control group. Finally 120 students were randomly selected for the experimental group and 120 students from the control group. The instrument used for gathering data was a questionnaire which was validated by universities’ professors and its reliability was established through test of Cronbach’s Alpha test with 0.93. In this semi-experimental study, the effects of entrepreneurship education on the variables of entrepreneurial intention and the variables affected by them are examined. The results for T-tests and mean comparison revealed that the entrepreneurial intentions and self-efficacy of students can be influenced by entrepreneurship education
