Priorities Factors Influencing the Financing in Iran with the AHP Approach

ابزارهاي تامين مالي در سال‌هاي اخير رشد و توسعه روزافزوني داشته‌اند. گسترش روزافزون ابزارها و روش‌هاي تامين مالي مديران مالي را با تصميم بسيار مهمي مواجه ساخته است كه چه ابزار مالي مي‌تواند در تامين احتياجات مالي شركت‌ راهگشا باشد. در اين تحقيق تلاش مي‌شود با استفاده از رويكرد سلسله مراتبي عوامل موثر بر انتخاب روش تامين مالي شناسايي و اولويت‌بندي شود. داده‌هاي تحقيق با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه جمع‌آوري و نمونه تحقيق نيز از ميان مديران مالي بازار سرمايه كشور انتخاب شده است. عوامل موثر بر انتخاب روش تامين مالي در 3 طبقه كلي عوامل مربوط به منبع تامين مالي‌كننده، شركت تامين مالي‌شونده و عوامل كلان اقتصادي و سياسي دسته‌بندي شده‌اند‌. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از برتري معيار تامين مالي‌‌شونده نسبت به ساير معيار‌ها مي‌باشد و توجه مديران را به عوامل داخلي شركت همچون ساختار سرمايه و وضعيت اعتباري در زمان تصميم‌گيري جلب مي‌نمايد.

Financial instruments have been developed in recent years. Therefore it is critical for financial managers to know that which instrument can be useful for the financing of the company.This study using hierarchical approach tries to detect and prioritize the factors affecting the choose of financing method. Data has been collected by a questionnaire and samples have been selected from among the managers of capital market. Factors influencing the method of financing selection are divided into three general categories. These categories include those factors related to financing sources; those related to the financed company and those related to macro-economic and political factors.The results show the superiority of the financed company category and attract managerʹs attention to the internal factors such as the capital structure and the credit status of the company during decision making process.
