تببين وضعيت ايمني استاديوم هاي فوتبال ليگ حرفه اي كشور

The Investigation of the State of Safety in Stadiums of Iran Professional Football League

استاديوم هاي فوتبال زيرساخت‌هاي اصلي اين رشته ورزشي پرطرفدار در جامعه به‌شمار مي رود. رعايت استانداردهاي لازم در اين استاديوم ها از جنبه هاي مختلفي مانند ايمني، افزايش كيفيت مسابقات، جلب تماشاگر بيشتر به ورزشگاه، دريافت مجوز ميزباني مسابقات فوتبال در سطوح بين المللي و غيره، حايز اهميت است. هدف از اين پژوهش تبيين وضعيت ايمني استاديوم هاي فوتبال ليگ حرفه اي كشور بود. جامعه مورد نظر كه برابر نمونه تحقيق است، شامل تمامي شانزده استاديوم ميزبان ليگ حرفه-اي كشور در فصل مسابقات 89-1388 (ليگ نهم) بود. ابزار تحقيق چك ليست محقق‌ساخته با استفاده از استانداردهاي كنفدراسيون فوتبال آسيا بود. پايايي چك ليست از طريق روش پايايي مصححان و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون (93/0 r =) تعيين شد. داده ها به‌صورت حضوري در استاديوم ها جمع آوري و براي توصيف اطلاعات از آمار توصيفي (ميانگين، نمودار و درصد فراواني) استفاده شد. يافته ها نشان داد كه در مجموع، استاديوم ها با 67 درصد ايمني در وضعيت خوبي قرار داشتند و استاديوم فوتبال فولادشهر اصفهان با 88 درصد ايمني، بيشترين ايمني و استاديوم تختي بندر انزلي با 47 درصد ايمني كمترين ايمني را نسبت به ديگر استاديوم ها داشتند. براساس نتايج پيشنهاد مي شود كه به‌منظور ايمن كردن محيط استاديوم براي تمامي استفاده كنندگان، در ساخت استاديوم هاي جديد يا بازسازي استاديوم هاي موجود به مسيله ايمني توجه بيشتري شود.

Football stadiums are the main infrastructures of this popular sport in every society. It is essential to observe essential standards in these stadiums such as safety, enhancing the quality of competitions, attracting more spectators to the stadium and receiving the host permission for international football competitions and so on. The present study aimed at demonstrating the state of safety of Iran professional football league stadiums. The statistical population which equaled the sample included all 16 stadiums hosting Iran professional league competitions in 88-89 (the ninth league). A researcher-made checklist based on the Asian football confederation standards was used. The reliability of the checklist was determined by the examiners and Pearson correlation coefficient (r=0.93). Data were collected at stadiums and descriptive statistics (mean, graph and frequency distribution) were used to describe the data. The results demonstrated that stadiums were in a good condition with 67% safety and Fooladshahr stadium in Isfahan with 88% safety was considered to be the safest and Takhti stadium in Bandar Anzali with just 47% safety had the lowest safety. According to the results of the present study, it is suggested that more attention should be paid to the safety when establishing new stadiums or rebuilding the existing ones in order to ensure the safety of the stadiums for all users.
