مقايسه مدل زوج درمانگري تلفيقي مبتني بر خود تنظيم گري- دلبستگي با مدل غني-سازي زناشويي انريچ در افزايش رضايت زناشويي و بهزيستي روان‌شناختي زوجين

Comparison of integrated model of self regulation-attachment couple therapy and marital enrichment program in marital satisfaction and psychological wellbeing of couples

مبتني بر خود تنظيم‌گري- دلبستگي و برنامه غني سازي زناشويي انريچ بر رضايت زناشويي و بهزيستي روانشناختي زوجين انجام شده است. براي اين منظور، از ميان زوجين مراجعه كننده به مراكز مشاوره شهرستان خرم آباد تعداد 33 زوج انتخاب شدند و به طور مساوي در سه گروه زوج درمانگري مبتني بر خود تنظيم گري- دلبستگي، غني سازي زناشويي و گروه كنترل قرار گرفتند. پيش از مداخله، پرسشنامه رضايت زناشويي انريچ (ENRICH)، پرسشنامه وضعيت زناشويي گلومبوك- راست (GRIMS) و پرسشنامه سلامت رواني (MHI-28) توسط شركت كنندگان تكميل شد. سپس زوجين گروه هاي آزمايش در برنامه زوج درمانگري تلفيقي خود تنظيم‌گري- دلبستگي (8-6 جلسه) و برنامه غني سازي زناشويي (6 جلسه) شركت كردند و گروه كنترل در ليست انتظار باقي ماند. بعد از اجراي مداخله زوجين سه گروه مجددا پرسشنامه ها را در مرحله پس آزمون تكميل كردند. نتايج حاصل از اجراي تحليل كوواريانس چند متغيره نشان داد كه پس از كنترل اثرات پيش-آزمون، تفاوت ميانگين گروه ها در متغير وابسته مركب معنادار است كه بيانگر اثر عضويت گروهي بر تركيب خطي متغيرهاي وابسته است. نتايج تحليل واريانس نشان داد كه بين ميانگين گروه ها در هر يك از متغيرهاي وابسته يعني مشكلات زناشويي، رضايت زناشويي، بهزيستي روان شناختي و درماندگي روان شناختي نيز تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. به علاوه، مقايسه هاي زوجي كمترين تفاوت معنادار نيز نشان داد كه مدل زوج درمانگري تلفيقي مبتني بر خود تنظيم گري- دلبستگي و برنامه غني سازي زناشويي در هر يك از متغيرهاي وابسته تفاوت معنادار با گروه كنترل دارند، اما در مقايسه با يكديگر تفاوت معنادار ندارند. واژه هاي كليدي: زوج درمانگري، برنامه غني سازي، رضايت زناشويي

This research was conducted to examine the efficacy of the integrated model of self regulation-attachment couple therapy and marital enrichment program in marital satisfaction and psychological wellbeing of couples. For this purpose, 33 couples were selected from among couples who attended the counseling services centers in the City of Khoramabad. Eleven couples were then randomly assinged to each of self regulation-attachment couple therapy, marital enrichment programa or a control groups. Before the programs began, the questionnaires of Enriching and Nurturing Relationship Issues, Communication and Happiness (ENRICH), Golombok-Rust Inventory of marital state (GRIMS), and Mental Health Inventory-28 (MHI-28) were administered to all couples. Then couples of the experimental groups participated in integrated model of self regulation-attachment couple therapy (6-8 sessions) and marital enrichment program (6 sessions). The control group remained on the waiting list. After the completion of intervention programs, all couples completed the questionnaires again as posttest. Results of MANCOVA indicated that after the control of pretest effects, the differences between means of groups in composite dependent variable was significant, that represent the effect of group on linear combination of dependent variables. Results of ANOVA indicated that there were also significant differences between the means of groups in each of the dependent variables including marital problems, marital satisfaction, psychological well-being, and psychological distress. Moreover, the pairwise comparisons of least significant differences (LSD) also indicated that integrated model of self regulation-attachment couple therapy and marital enrichment program had significant differences in each of the dependent variables compared to the control group, but not compared to each other.
