تاثير ثبات مربيان بر عملكرد تيم هاي فوتبال ليگ حرفه اي ايران

Effect of Coach Stability on Performance of Iranian Pro league Football Teams

هدف اين پژوهش تعيين اثر ثبات مربيان بر عملكرد تيم‌های فوتبال ليگ حرفه‌ای ايران است. داده‌های مربوط به جامعۀ آماری تحقيق شامل 18 تيم فوتبال حاضر در فصل 89- 1388 ليگ حرفه‌ای فوتبال ايران به‌صورت ميدانی و كتابخانهای از مدارك معتبر در بايگانی سازمان ليگ فدراسيون فوتبال جمع‌آوری و با استفاده ‌از آزمون يومان ‌ويتنی، تفاوت عملكرد تيم‌های دارای ثبات مربی و فاقد ثبات مربی تحليل شد. در اين تحقيق، عملكرد در قالب هشت شاخص امتياز، رتبه، برد، باخت، مساوی، گل زده، گل خورده و تفاضل گل و ثبات مربی در قالب تغيير يا عدم تغيير مربی در فصل مورد مطالعه بررسی شده است. از هجده تيم حاضر در فصل مورد مطالعه 33/33 درصد ثبات مربی دارند، درحالی‌كه 67/66 درصد دست‌كم يك بار مربيان خود را در طول فصل تغيير داده‌اند. متوسط عمر مربيگری در فصل مورد مطالعه 1/16 هفته است. ثبات مربيان بر عملكرد تيم‌های فوتبال ليگ حرفه‌ای ايران در شاخص‌های: امتياز (29/2-=z ,022/0=p)، رتبه (34/2-=z ,019/0=p)، بُرد (13/2, z=-033/0=p)، مساوی (2/54-=z ,011/0=p)، تفاضل گل (96/1-=z ,049/0=p) مؤثر بوده است. يافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد بی‌ثباتی يا تغيير مربيان در ليگ حرفه‌ای فوتبال ايران بسيار شايع است. اگر چه تغيير مربيان به‌منظور كسب نتايج ورزشی بهتر انجام می‌شود، نتايج تحقيق بيانگر اثربخش نبودن اين اقدام است.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of coach stability on performance of Iranian pro league football teams. related data to statistical population of study, including 18 football teams operated in 2009-2010 season of Iranian pro league, collected from valuable archival database in league organization of football federation(as source of information) and the performance differences between teams with and without coach stability analyzed by using U mann- whitney test. In this study, performance as sporting results achieved by teams in the end of season, identified in form of 8 indexes (indicators): points, rank, win, loss, draw, goal scored, goal conceded and goal difference. And coach stability, the second variable defined as no replacement of coach in given season by teams. 33/33 percent of 18 teams had coach stability and 66/67 percent of teams replaced their coaches during given season at least once. Average period of coaching in given season was 16/1 weeks. Coach stability was affected the performance of football teams in indicators: Points (z=-2/29, p=0/022), Rank (z=-2/34,p=0/019), Win(z=-2/13, p=0/033), Draw(z=-54/2,p=0/011) and Goal differences(z=-1/96, p=0/049). The results indicated that coach change in Iranian pro-league football teams is very common. However the act of coach replacement conduct because of achieving well sporting results, but the results show this act is not effectiveness.
