Evaluation Area Strategic Management in Youth and Sport offices West A.G Provience.

مديريت استراتژيك يكی از موضوعات اساسی مديريت امروز است. با توجه به تغييرات محيطی كه در حال حاضر شتاب زيادی گرفته است و پيچيده شدن تصميمات سازمانی، لزوم به‌كار گيری برنامه‌ای جامع برای مواجهه با اين‌گونه مسائل بيشتر از گذشته ملموس می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر به ارزيابی حوزه‌های مديريت استراتژيك ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان آذربايجان غربی می‌پردازد. آزمودنی‌های اين پژوهش را 47 نفر از مديران و معاونان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان آذربايجان غربی تشكيل می‌دهند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامۀ استاندارد ويك گليجيوس به نام «تعيين نياز به بهبود در حوزه‌های استراتژيك» بود كه استادان مديريت روايی آن را تأييد كردند و پايايی آن با آلفای كرونباخ 81% به‌دست آمد. روش تحقيق توصيفی از نوع تحليلی است كه به‌صورت پيمايشی اجرا شد. برای تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفی (انحراف معيار، ميانگين، فراوانی) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون t تك نمونه‌ای) استفاده شده است. يافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد درجۀ تحقق حوزه‌های فرهنگ، اطلاعات، منابع مديريت استراتژيك ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان آذربايجان غربی در حد مطلوب قرار ندارند (05/0p<). در مجموع از پژوهش حاضر می‌توان نتيجه‌گيری كرد كه حوزۀ فرهنگ، اطلاعات، منابع مديريت استراتژيك ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان آذربايجان غربی با ميانگين جامعه از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنی‌داری دارند و اين حوزه‌ها نياز به بهبود دارند.

Strategic management is one of the most important subjects of today management. According to rapid changes of today environment and the fact that organizational decisions are becoming more and more complex, the need for use of a thorough and comprehensive plan to deal with such concerns is more tangible of any time before. Present study aims at evaluating the contexts of strategic management in West Azarbaijan province offices of sport and youth.The samples of the study are 47 managers and their assistants of W.Azarbaijan youth and sport offices. The tool for collecting data is a standard questionnaire which is made by Vic Gilgeous (strategic concerns and capability impeders). The questionnaire validity is determined by some of management experts, and the reliability kronbachʹs α value is acceptable (α = 0.81). The method with which the study is done is descriptive and analytic. For data analyzing we use some parameters of descriptive and inferential statistics such as standard deviation, mean, frequency and some other like one sample t-test. The findings show that the degree of implementation of the culture, information and human resources contexts of strategic management in the offices of youth and sport of w.Azarbaijan, are not in an appropriate conditions (p < 0.05). We can conclude (according to the results of the study), that the culture, information and human resources contexts of strategic management in w.Azarbaijan offices of youth and sport, are significantly different with the societyʹs; and these contexts need to be more improved and strengthened.
