مكان يابي بهينه پارك هاي درون شهري با استفاده از GIS و مدل AHP(مطالعه موردي: شهر آمل)

Determination of optimum location of inside urban parks by using of GIS and AHP model (Case studry: Amol city)

امروزه فضاي سبز شهري از مهمترين عناصر تشكيل دهنده كالبد شهرها محسوب مي شود كه همراه با رشد جمعيت و توسعه شهري مورد تاخت و تاز ساير كاربري ها قرار گرفته و سطح آن در شهرها نسبت به ساير كاربري ها مدام در حال كاهش است. شهر آمل از جمله شهر هايي است كه با وجود پتانسيل محيطي بسيار داراي سرانه پايين فضاي سبز درون شهري مي باشد. اين شهر تحت تاثير عواملي همچون رشد جمعيت ناشي از مهاجرت روستاييان به شهر، با ناهمخواني تعداد و سرانه پارك ها مواجه گرديده است. هدف از اين تحقيق مكان يابي بهينه پارك ها بر اساس عدالت اجتماعي،كارايي و كيفيت محيطي در شهر آمل و ارايه الگويي متناسب و فراگير به منظور مكان يابي اين نوع از كاربري ها در سطح شهرهاي كشور بوده است. براي اين منظور در ابتدا براي ارزيابي توزيع متناسب پارك هاي موجود شهر آمل به توزيع پرسشنامه اقدام گرديده است. در همين راستا، پس از تعيين شاخص هاي تاثيرگذار در مكان يابي پارك هاي شهري با نظرخواهي از كارشناسان فضاي سبز، به وزندهي آنها با استفاده از مدل AHP و تلفيق شاخص هاي وزن داده شده در محيط GIS اقدام شد و پهنه هاي مناسب براي احداث پارك هاي جديد در شهر مورد مطالعه بدست آمد. نتايج برآمده از تحليل پرسشنامه ها در نرم افزار SPSS نشانگر ميزان اثرگذاري بالاي توزيع متناسب اين نوع كاربري در افزايش مراجعات مردمي به پارك ها مي باشد. تحليل نتايج حاصل از مكان يابي نيز نشان داد كه الگوي پراكنش فضاي سبز شهري شهر آمل در وضع موجود از الگوي مناسب برخوردار نمي باشد و زمان دسترسي به پارك ها از ميزان استاندارد بيشتر است و همچنين توزيع فعلي پارك ها مبتني بر سلسله مراتب شهري نمي باشد.

Today urban green space is important element in the body of the city tat with population growth and urban development has invaded other users and its area in cities is decreasing other than users continuous. Amol city by having many potential enviromental inside urban green space per capita is very low. This city is affected by factores such as population growth resulting from the migration of villagers to city, that faced with an imbalance the number and percapita of parks. Purpose this research is determination of optimum location on based of social justice, efficiency and environmental quality in Amol city and is offer model fits to determination of location this users in area of country.For this purpose, at first, to assess the proportional distribution of existing parks in Amol city has attempted to distribute the questionnaire. In this context, after deretmination of effective indices in determination of locating of urban parks, by using of experts of green space, the them weighting was done by using the AHP model and by combining weighted index in GIS and suitable areaes for the construction of new parks in the study city were obtained. Results from the analysis of questionnaires in SPSS software Indicator of heigh effective of distribution of proportional this uses to the increasing popular reference to parks is. Analysis of resulting of determination of location also show that l distribution pattern of Amol urban green space have not Appropriate pattern in now location and time of access to the park is more than the standard and distribution of now is not based on the urban hierarchy.
