بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر تمايل به تنظيم طرح درس در فرايند تدريس

The Study of Effective Factors on Professors’ Tendency to Arrange Lesson Plan in Teaching: Based on Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر تمايل اساتيد به تنظيم طرح درس در فرايند تدريس به عنوان جزئی از برنامه ريزی درسی انجام پذيرفت. روش پژوهش زمينه‌يابی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل كليه اساتيد دانشگاه علوم پزشكی مازندران به تعداد 394 نفر است. روش آن نيز نمونه‌گيری تصادفی طبقه‌ای بوده كه برای تعيين حجم نمونه از جدول كرجسی و مورگان استفاده شد. بر اين اساس تعداد 190 نفر در اين پژوهش مشاركت داشته‌اند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بوده است. در تدوين پرسشنامه اعتبار صوری و محتوا به كار رفت و پايايی آن از طريق آلفای كرونباخ 86/0 محاسبه شد. در اين پژوهش، از آمار توصيفی جهت تحليل توصيفی داده‌ها و آمار استنباطی نظير آزمون‌های T تك گروهی، تحليل واريانس، فريدمن و كروسكال واليس استفاده شده است. لازم به ذكر است كه در تجزيه و تحليل‌های آماری نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. يافته‌های پژوهش نشان داده است كه عوامل شناختی، انگيزشی و مديريتی بر تمايل اساتيد به طرح درس در فرايند تدريس برنامه ريزی درسی مؤثرند. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه عوامل شناختی، عوامل مديريتی و عوامل انگيزشی به ترتيب بيشترين و كمترين تأثير را بر تمايل اساتيد به تنظيم طرح درس را در فرايند تدريس برنامه ريزی درسی داشته‌اند.

Based on the descriptive method, this research has been done to study about the effective factors making the university professors to arrange lesson plans based on the curriculum. The method of the research is descriptive method. 394 faculties of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences are chosen as the Statistic population of this research. Based on the Kerjesy and Morganʹs tables, 190 professors are selected by the random sampling. For collecting data, questionnaires have been used. Contextual and nominal reliability are taken in to consideration so as to arrange these questioners. Its perpetuity, also, has been assessed as 0/86 by Kranbakh’s Alpha. Descriptive statistic as well as deductive statistic such as t-test, variation analysis, Fredman, and kroskal valis is used to analyze the data. As revealed by the results, motivational, cognitive, and managerial factors are the important keys leading professors to make use of lesson plans. It is to say that the most effective factor is the cognitive; whereas, managerial and the motivational factors are the second and the third.
