بـررسي‌كارايـي و تعـيين غلـظت بهيـنه بازدارنده رسوبات معدني مورد استفاده در يكي از ميادين نفتي ايران

Study of Efficiency and Optimum Inhibitor Concentration of a Scale Inhibitor in one of the Iranian Oil Fields

تشكيل رسوبات معدني در سازند وتسهيلات سرچاهي يكي از مهم‌ترين مشكلات چاه‌هاي نفت و گاز است كه باعث افت توليد و در موارد ‌حادتر بسته شدن چاه مي‌شود. معمولاً اين رسوبات در اثر تغيير شرايط دمايي، فشاري و اختلاط آب‌هاي ناسازگار در مخزن به‌وجود مي‌آيند. موثرترين روش جهت حل مشكل فوق به‌كارگيري بازدارنده مناسب به منظور جلوگيري و يا به تاخير انداختن تشكيل رسوب مي‌باشد. پيش از استفاده از بازدارنده رسوب در ميدان، نياز به مطالعه جامع آزمايشگاهي كارايي بازدارنده تحت شرايط مختلف مي‌باشد. در اين تحقيق كارايي بازدارنده تجاري مورد استفاده در يكي از ميادين نفتي ايران براي آب تزريقي كه مخلوطي از آب دريا و آب توليدي مي‌باشد، در شرايط محيط و شرايط مخزن مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و غلظت بهينه آن مشخص شده است.

This paper discusses the assessment of efficiency and optimum concentration of a scale inhibitor on one of the Iranian offshore oil fields. This field has suffered from several problems due to the deposition of mineral scales at formation and surface facilities during recent years. The deposits are usually formed due to a change in pressure, temperature or mixing of incompatible waters. Using the scale inhibitors is a common method to prevent scale deposition or delay the process. Before applying the chemical, its performance should be tested in the laboratory and the minimum inhibitor concentration (MIC) should be determined at various conditions. Different scale inhibitor concentrations were added to a mixture of sea water and produced water. The experimental results at reservoir and ambient conditions show that this scale inhibitor has a good efficiency and the optimum inhibitor concentration is also proposed to be applied in the field.
