بررسي نگرش روستاييان نسبت به كاربري فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در توسعه روستايي بخش مركزي شهرستان نجف‌آباد

A Survey on Rural Peopleʹs Attitudes towards ICT Use in Developing the Central District of Najafabad County

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر بررسي نگرش روستاييان نسبت به كاربري فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ICT) در توسعه روستايي بخش مركزي شهرستان نجف‏آباد است. جامعه آماري شامل همه روستاييان باسواد داراي شغل كشاورزي يا دامداري ساكن در اين منطقه بوده، كه به روش نمونه‌گيري چندمرحله‌اي با انتساب متناسب، 172 نفر در نيمه دوم سال 1389 انتخاب شده اند. نتايج تحليل همبستگي نشان مي دهد كه متغير وابسته «نگرش نسبت به كاربري ICT» با متغيرهاي سطح سواد، مهارت كار با رايانه، و مهارت اينترنتي رابطه مثبت و معني‏دار دارد. همچنين، نتايج مقايسه ميانگين‏ها نشان دهنده تفاوت معني‏دار بين متغير گروه‏هاي شغلي (كشاورزي، آزاد، دولتي، و ساير موارد) در نگرش نسبت به كاربري ICT است. مطابق تحليل رگرسيوني مطالعه حاضر، متغيرهاي مهارت كار با رايانه، مهارت اينترنتي، و سن، به ترتيب، مهم‏ترين متغيرهاي اثرگذار بر نگرش پاسخ گويان نسبت به كاربري ICT شناخته مي شوند.

This study aims mainly at investigating rural peopleʹs attitudes towards ICT use in developing the Central District of Najafabad County. The statistical society of this survey consists of all the literate rural people with livestock and/or agricultural jobs in the studied region. It is conducted in a multi-staged proportional random sampling method, resulting in the selection of 172 individuals. As shown by the correlative analysis, there is a significant positive relation between the rural peopleʹs attitudes towards ICT use and the variables of literacy level, skill of using computers, and Internet skill. Also, ANOVA test shows that there is a significant difference between variable of job classifications (agricultural, free, public, and others) in the attitudes towards ICT use. According to regression analysis, respectively, the variables of the skill of using computers, Internet skill, and age are the most important and effective factors in the peopleʹs attitudes towards ICT use.
