مشاركت متوليان در حوزه ترويج علم و رضايت مندي از عملكرد آنها: ديدگاه صاحبنظران حقيقي و حقوقي

The Participation of Authorities in the Field of Promotion of Science and Satisfaction with their Performance: the Viewpoint of Experts with Natural and Legal Status

هدف: تحليل و بررسي ميزان مشاركت متوليان در ترويج علم و رضايت مندي از عملكرد آنها از ديد صاحبنظران حقيقي و حقوقي حوزه ترويج علم. روش/ رويكرد پژوهش: داده ها توسط تلفيقي از روش هاي اسنادي- كتابخانه اي و پيمايشي گردآوري شده است. ابزار گردآوري داده ها، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته و روش نمونه گيري، هدفمند و گلوله‌برفي بوده است. جامعه پژوهش، شامل 30 نفر از صاحبنظران حقيقي و30 نفر از صاحبنظران حقوقيِ شاغل در نهادهاي متولي ترويج علم در كشور است. يافته‌ها: از نظر «ميزان مشاركت»، تنها «وزارت علوم، تحقيقات و فناوري (دانشگاه ها)» و «وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكي» توانسته‌اند شاخص «متوسط به بالا» را از آنِ خود كنند. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه ميزان مشاركت متوليان در فرآيند ترويج علم در حد كمي است و همچنين نحوه عملكرد آنها نيز رضايت بخش نيست. به‌‌منظور تقويت فرآيند ترويج علم در كشور و موفقيت سازوكار ملي آن، ميزان مشاركت متوليان ترويج علم بايد افزايش يابد.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to study the participation of authorities charged with the promotion of science in the performance of that task, and the satisfaction with their performance from the viewpoint of experts and legal experts. Design/Methodology/Approach: The data were collected through a combination of record-based, library-based, and survey methods. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and the sampling method was purposeful and snowball sampling. The research population included 30 experts and 30 legal experts working in institutions responsible for the promotion of science in Iran. Findings: In terms of degree of participation, only the Ministry of Science, Research, and Education (Universities) and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education scored higher than average. Conclusion: The findings of the research show that the participation of authorities in the process of the promotion of science is at a low level and performance is also not satisfactory. In order to strengthen the promotion of science process in Iran and make for success in this national mechanism, the participation of the authorities for the promotion of science must increase.
