سنجش اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزشي- ترويجي كارشناسان در حفاظت از منابع طبيعي (با تاكيد بر اكوسيستم‌هاي جنگلي)

Assessing the Effectiveness of Extension/Education Courses for Experts about Protection of Natural Resources (With Particular Emphasis on Forest Ecosystems)

تحقيق حاضر به سنجش اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزشي- ترويجي كارشناسان در حفاظت از منابع طبيعي با تاكيد بر اكوسيستم‌هاي جنگلي پرداخته است. اين تحقيق از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و به روش توصيفي- همبستگي و باز پسين (معطوف به گذشته) است. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه شامل كليه كارشناساني (414 نفر) است كه در سال 1387 در دوره هاي آموزشي شركت نموده‌اند. جمعيت مورد مطالعه بر اساس فرمول كوكران برابر با 180 نفر محاسبه شد. در اين تحقيق به منظور انجام نمونه‌گيري از ميان جامعه آماري موجود، از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي استفاده گرديد. شيوه اجراي تحقيق به صورت ميداني و با استفاده از پرسشنامه صورت گرفت. نتايج حاصل از ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن نشان مي‌دهد كه بين متغير هاي سطح تحصيلات، دفعات شركت در دوره هاي آموزشي، انطباق اهداف دوره با نيازهاي كارشناسان، مناسب بودن مكان برگزاري دوره، نو بودن مطالب آموزشي، مناسب بودن محتواي آموزشي، رضايت از آموزشگر، تسلط آموزشگر به موضوعات آموزشي، تجربه كاري آموزشگر، استفاده از بحث گروهي، بازديدهاي علمي، آموزش عملي و وسايل كمك آموزشي با متغير اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزشي رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد. نتايج رگرسيون چند متغيره نشان داد كه متغيرهاي سطح تحصيلات، انطباق اهداف دوره با نيازهاي آموزشي كارشناسان، استفاده از آموزش عملي و استفاده از بحث گروهي نقش مثبتي در اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزشي داشته‌اند. ضمن اينكه متغيرهاي مذكور 50 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته، اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزشي را تبيين نموده‌اند

This research is about assessing the effectiveness of the extension and education courses for experts about protection of natural resources with particular emphasis on forest ecosystems. This research was an applied type research with a descriptive-correlation and retroactive method. The target population includes the experts who took part in those training courses at 2008 (N=414). The sample population was 180 respondents who were selected by random sampling method. The data was collected by using questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS win. The results acquired through the spearman coefficient correlation showed that there was correlation between educational level, the number of attendance in the training courses, the conformity of the educational objectives with the educational needs of the participants, appropriate location of classes, the novelty of the educational materials, the suitability of the educational subjects, consent from the instructor, instructor’s ability to teach educational subjects, instructor’s experience in his/her job; using group discussions, scientific visits, scientific instruction and educational aids with effectiveness of training courses. The results from the multi-variable regression showed that the variables including the educational level, the conformity of the educational objectives with the educational needs of the participants, using scientific instruction and group discussion had a positive role in the effectiveness of the training courses. At the same time, the above cited variables determine %50 of the changes of the dependent variable, effectiveness of the training courses
