كاربرد سيستمهاي طبقه بندي در سيستم اطلاعات پرستاري: مطالعه مروري

Application of classification systems in nursing information system: an integrative review of literatures

مقدمه: از الزامات سيستم اطلاعات پرستاري سيستمهاي طبقه بندي پرستاري هستند كه عمدتاً فعاليتهاي پرستاري را در سه حيطه تشخيص، اقدام و پيامد آنها دستهبندي ميكنند. اما تبيين نحوه استفاده از اين طبقه بندي ها در سيستمهاي اطلاعاتي پرستاري مهم است. هدف: در مطالعه حاضر، كاربرد سيستمهاي طبقهبندي در سيستمهاي اطلاعاتي پرستاري مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. مواد و روشها: در يك مطالعه مروري، بر اساس كليد واژههاي Nursing, Nursing Classification Systems, Nursing Information System, Nursing Informatics, Nursing Documentation و يا تركيبي از اين كليد واژهها، حدود 143 مقاله تمام متن پژوهشي اصيل يا مروري در فاصله سالهاي 1998 تا 2012 از پايگاههاي داده Science Direct, CINAHL, Pubmed, Scirus و Google Scholar به دست آمد كه پس از مطالعه اوليه، 42 مقاله براي پوشش هدف اين مطالعه مناسب تشخيص داده شد. معيار ورود مقالات بر اساس ميزان ارتباط آنها با هدف مطالعه و به صورت موضوعي بود. در نهايت با تحليل محتواي مقالات و يكپارچه كردن مطالب در قالب توالي مناسب جهت پاسخگويي به هدف مطالعه، اين مقاله تدوين گرديد. يافتهها: از مهمترين كاربردهاي سيستمهاي طبقه بندي در سيستم اطلاعات پرستاري، دسته بندي ماهيت هاي مربوط به فرآيندهاي پرستاري، فراهم نمودن امكان تصميمگيري هاي مبتني بر شواهد، تحليل الگوهاي حاكم بر مراقبتهاي پرستاري، ايجاد بدنه تيوريك و ارتقاي دانش پرستاري مي باشد. همچنين ميتوان از اطلاعات دستهبندي شده براي امور آموزشي، پژوهشي، مديريتي و توسعه رويكردهاي مراقبتي و بهبود ارتباطات در پرستاري استفاده نمود. نتيجهگيري: وجود سيستمهاي طبقه بندي با توجه به كاربردهاي مهم آنها به عنوان يك ضرورت براي سيستم اطلاعات پرستاري محسوب ميشود؛ ليكن در استفاده از هر يك از سيستمهاي طبقهبندي بايد به نياز گروههاي پرستاري و ميزان سازگاري آنها با سيستمهاي اطلاعات موجود توجه نمود.

Introduction: The necessary requirements of nursing information systems are nursing classification systems that they have been used for classifying of nursing diagnoses, interventions, and outcomes. But, it is important how these classification systems used in nursing information system. Aim: The aim of this study was application of classification systems in nursing classification systems. Method:This study was an integrative review of literatures that web sites such as the Science Direct, CINAHL, Pubmed, Scirus and Google Scholar databases searched for key words: nursing, nursing classification systems, nursing information system, nursing documentation, and nursing informatics.143 articles from 1998 to 2012 were founded. After the initial study, 42 articles were suitable for coating purposes of this study. The inclusion criteria were the relevancy of the articles to the objectives of the study. The content analysis and synthesis of the literature led to organizing this article. Results: The most important applications of classification systems in nursing classification systems were the classifying of nursing-related entities, evidence based decision making, analyzing of the care patterns, building a theoretical body and improving the nursing knowledge. In addition, the classified information could be used for educating, researching, managing, and developing of care approaches and improving the nursing communications. Conclusion: Regarding Classification systems are essential for nursing classification systems should be considered needs of different nursing groups.
