بررسي رابطه بين كيفيت تجارب يادگيري با رشد توانايي آينده پژوهي دانشجويان

A Study of the Relationship between Qualities of learning Experience and Development of Studentsʹʹ Futures Research Ability

زمينه و هدف: يكي از وظايف دانشگاه‌ها، توانمندي دانشجويان در عرصه‌هاي مختلف از جمله شناخت آينده است كه اين امر مي‌تواند تحت تاثير كيفيت تجارب يادگيري آن‌ها باشد؛ از اين‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي ارتباط بين كيفيت تجارب يادگيري با رشد توانايي آينده‌پژوهي دانشجويان بود. روش كار: پژوهش مقطعي حاضر از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي و جامعه آماري آن شامل همه دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم بهزيستي و توانبخشي بود كه با استفاده از روش نمونهگيري غير احتمالي سهميهاي، تعداد 223 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقيق شامل پرسشنامه كيفيت تجارب يادگيري Neumann و پرسشنامه توانايي آيندهپژوهي پارسا و همكاران بود؛ هر دو پرسشنامه از روايي و پايايي مطلوبي برخوردار هستند. يافتهها: توانايي آيندهپژوهي دانشجويان و كيفيت تجارب يادگيري آنان نزديك به حد متوسط بود. به علاوه، بين ابعاد كيفيت تجارب يادگيري، ابعاد انعطاف‌پذيري يادگيري، محتوا و روابط رسمي و غير رسمي استاد- دانشجو رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري با ابعاد توانايي آينده‌پژوهي دانشجويان وجود داشت. نتيجه‌گيري: بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده، كيفيت تجارب يادگيري مي‌تواند با رشد توانايي آينده‌پژوهي دانشجويان رابطه داشته باشد؛ بنابراين بهبود كيفيت تجارب يادگيري و رشد توانايي آينده‌پژوهي دانشجويان توسط دانشگاه‌ها بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

Background & Objective: One of the tasks of university is the empowerment of students in various areas such as recognizing the future that be affected by the quality of their learning experiences. Thus, the aim of present study was considering the association between qualities of learning experiences and development of studentsʹ futures research ability. Methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive–analytical study. The sample size included 223 student of social welfare and rehabilitation sciences in University of Tehran who were selected by non-probability quota sampling. Research instruments included quality of learning experiences questionnaires (Newman, 1999) and ability of future research questionnaire (Parsa et al., 2011). Both questionnaires have desirable reliability and validity. Results: The results showed that that the qualities of learning experience and the ability of future research of most students is moderate. In addition, from dimensions of the quality of learning experiences, flexibility of learning content and student teacher relationships have the significant positive correlation with the ability of futures research students. Conclusion: Based on the results, the quality of learning experiences has correlation with studentsʹ futures research. Thus, improve the quality of student learning experience and develop capabilities future studies should be considered by the university.
