بررسي كيفيت برنامه آموزشي دانشگاه افسري امام علي(ع) (با تاكيد بر مولفه‌هاي ثانويه)

Evaluation of the Educational Program of Imam Ali University (Focusing on the Secondary Parameters)

آموزش و پرورش فرايند و پديده‌اي است كه بخش گسترده‌‌اي از منابع مادي و معنوي اغلب جوامع را به خود اختصاص مي‌دهد؛ چرا كه اغلب جوامع اين نوع هزينه‌كرد را سرمايه‌گذاري بلند مدت تلقي مي‌كنند. از اين رو ارزيابي مداوم و علمي ماحصل و فرايند نظام آموزشي يك كشور به معناي عام و نهادهاي آموزشي و علمي به معناي خاص به اندازه خود نظام آموزشي واجد ارزش و اهميت است. اين پژوهش تلاشي است در جهت ارزيابي برنامه آموزش‌هاي علمي دانشگاه افسري امام علي(ع) از منظر استادان و دانشجويان تا با پاسخ به پرسشنامه‌اي صد سوالي، روايي و پايايي معطوف به 9 متغير اصلي يك برنامه آموزشي- درسي نظرات خود را بيان كنند. در اين مقاله در راستاي تكميل مباحث و نتايج مربوط به چهار مولفه اوليه (عباسيان و همكاران، 1392)، به ارزيابي برنامه مذكور از منظر پنج متغير ثانويه شامل: نظام ارزشيابي، امكانات و فناوري آموزشي، تعاملات درون سازماني، نظام پذيرش دانشجويي و وضعيت استادان از منظر ميزان انطباق با استانداردهاي متعارف و روابط متقابل دروني پرداخته شده است. البته در بررسي چهار شاخص اول مورد مطالعه در اين مقاله، ميزان انطباق و هماهنگي آن‌ها با برنامه، اهداف و محتواي آموزشي نظام آموزشي نيز مد نظر بوده است، اما متغير استادان از منظر انتظارات متعارف مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. تجزيه و تحليل كمي داده‌ها بر اساس ضرايب بسامد انتخاب گزينه‌هاي مربوط به متغيرها، تاييد كننده رضايت نسبي از نظام ارزشيابي تحصيلي، عدم اتفاق‌نظر در كيفيت و ماهيت بهره‌برداري از امكانات و فناوري آموزشي، انقطاع و عدم هماهنگي در تعاملات درون سازماني، عدم اتفاق‌نظر و نگرش مثبت‌تر به شيوه پذيرش دانشجو و در نهايت عدم رضايت‌بخشي از جايگاه و نحوه تعامل با استادان است. از اين رو، برنامه ريزي آموزشي- درسي دانشگاه مستلزم بازنگري و انطباق با معيارها و استانداردهاي علمي است.

Education is a process and phenomenon to which major parts of material and intellectual resources of most societies are allocated to, since most of them consider such an expense as a long-term investment. So, continuous and academic evaluation of both process and product a countryʹs educational program in general, and their educational and academic institution in particular, is of paramount significance alike the educational program itself. To this end, this study is an attempt to evaluate the educational program of Imam Ali University from the perspectives of its academic staff members (i.e., professors) and students, who expressed their perceptions and beliefs through a 100-item valid and reliable questionnaire accommodating nine main variables of an educational program. As a complementary effort to the study done on the primary parameters (Abbasian, et al. 2013), this paper addresses the program from the five secondary variables (including evaluation system, educational technology and aids, inter-organizational interactions, admission system, and status of the academicians) in terms of compatibility with the common standards. Both quantitative and qualitative analyses of the data confirmed relative satisfaction of the participants with the program evaluation system, but there exist lack of consensus between the two groups as to the quality and nature of the educational technology and aids, lack of coordination in inter-organizational interactions, lack of consensus and expression of negative look towards the student admission system and ultimately dissatisfaction with the status and the nature of interactions with the academic staff members. Therefore, the educational program requires reconsiderations so that it can meet the common scientific, academic criteria and standards.
