بررسي اثر پري بيوتيك ديواره سلولي مخمربر تغييرات شاخص هاي خوني و ايمني بچه ماهيان قزل آلاي رنگين-كمان

The study of the Effects of Probiotic Yeast Cell Wall (Saccharomyces cerevisia) on Changes in Blood Indices and Immunity of Rainbow Trout Fry (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

زمينه وهدف: پري بيوتيك ها مكمل هاي غذايي بالقوه اي هستند كه اثرات زيان بار عوامل عفونت زا را كاهش و تاثيرات مفيدي بر سلامتي ميزبان دارند. هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي اثر پري بيوتيك ديواره سلولي مخمر( Saccharomyces cerevisia) بر شاخص-هاي خوني و ايمني بچه ماهيان قزل آلاي رنگين كمان است. روش كار: براي انجام تحقيق 120 قطعه بچه ماهي قزل آلاي رنگين كمان با ميانگين وزني 12/0±61/3 گرم به مدت 8 هفته به صورت تصادفي در سه تيمار 1%، 5/1%، 2% پري بيوتيك و شاهد، با 3 تكرار پرورش داده شدند. در پايان دوره پرورش شاخص هاي خوني و ايمني بچه ماهيان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. يافته ها: اختلاف معني داري در ميزان گلبول هاي سفيد، گلبول هاي قرمز، هموگلوبين، هماتوكريت و نوتروفيل بين تيمار 2% و ساير تيمارها و گروه شاهد مشاهده گرديد (05/0P < ). در فاكتورهاي ميانگين حجم گلبول قرمز و ساير فاكتورهاي خوني اختلاف معني داري در تيمارها ديده نشد (05/0P > ). هم چنين نتايج نشان داد كه شاخص هاي ايمني غير اختصاصي در خون نظير ليزوزيم و ايمني اختصاصي نظير IgM و Ig اختلاف معني داري بين گروه تيماري تغذيه شده با 2% پري بيوتيك ديواره سلولي مخمر با ساير تيمارها و گروه شاهد داشتند (05/0P < ). نتيجه گيري: پري بيوتيك ديواره سلولي مخمر در سطح 2% به كار رفته در جيره غذايي به دليل افزايش قابل توجه در شاخص هاي ايمني و برخي از پارامترهاي خوني مورد بررسي، مي تواند نقش مهمي در عملكرد ايمني و بهبود شاخص هاي خوني بچه ماهيان قزل آلاي رنگين كمان ايفا نمايد.

Inroduction & Objective: Prebiotic dietary supplements that have the potential to reduce the harmful effects of infectious agents and have beneficial effects on host health. In this study, the prebiotic of yeast cell wall Saccharomyces cerevisia at different levels to evaluate the blood indices and immune indices in rainbow trout juveniles were used. Materials and Methods: To conduct this study, 120 rainbow trout fry with a mean weight 3.61± 0.12 gr were randomly assigned into 12 fiberglass tub drainage volume of 100 ml distribution and breeding were given. An experiment to determine the optimum level of prebiotic effect of dietary yeast cell wall in the diet of rainbow trout fry in 1% prebiotic treatments, 1.5% prebiotic, 2% prebiotic prebiotic-free control, in a balanced design with three replications each were studied. At the end of the period rearing, blood indices and immune indices juveniles were studied. Results: The results of some blood indices such as levels of White blood cells, Red blood cells, hemoglobin and hematocrit levels and neutrophil counts were not significantly different between the treatment and control groups were observed in 2% and other treatments (P < 0.05).The factors mean corpuscular volume and the other blood factors statistically significant difference was not observed between the treatments (P > 0.05). The results showed that non-specific immune indices in blood, such as lysozyme and specific immune IgM and Ig statistically significant difference between treatment groups fed with 2 % prebiotic yeast cell wall with the other treatments and the control group (P < 0.05).
