Adaptation and Plagiarism from Anvariʹʹs Poems

پايبندي به اصول سخنوري و متعهد بودن به قوانين اخلاقي در ادب فارسي همواره حايز اهميت فراوان بوده است به-طوري كه در اغلب كتب بلاغي و ادبي، مبحثي با عنوان سرقات به چشم مي خورد. كپي رايت يا قانون حقوق مولف در دنياي امروز به نوعي يادآور نقادي موشكافانه بزرگان ادب در باب سرقات ادبي است.انوري كه از بزرگان شعر و ادب فارسي است و در بيشتر قوالب شعري طبع آزمايي كرده است، توجه شاعران بسياري را به خود جلب كرده است. بزرگاني چون عطّار، مولوي، سعدي، خاقاني و... بارها به استقبال اشعار او رفته و ابياتي را نيز تضمين كرده اند. شاعراني كه پس از وي به شاعري پرداخته اند خود را از او بي نياز نديده اند و با در دست داشتن ديوان اشعارش به تقليد از او پرداخته و گاه نتوانسته‌اند خود را از زير سايه او خارج كنند، تاجايي كه گاه به طرق نامطلوبي از اشعار او بهره برده-اند. در اين جستار و با بررسي‌هاي دقيق، ابيات و اشعاري را از انوري در ديوان بعضي شاعران يافته‌ايم كه شايبه سرقت آنها به صورت انتحال، اغاره و سلخ بسيار محكم و مستدل وجود دارد. در اين مقاله علاوه بر نشان دادن اين گونه سرقات، به طور خاص انتحال شعري از انوري كه در ديوان رهي معيّري شاعر معاصر به چشم مي‌خورد معرفي شده است. همچنين ابياتي كه سيف فرغاني از انوري سرقت كرده در اين مقاله مورد بررسي دقيق قرار گرفته است.

Adherence to the principles of eloquence and commitment to the moral principles in Persian literature has always been of great significance; It is so important that in most rhetorical and literary works, there can be seen some chapters under the title of plagiarism. Copyright or the right of the author in modern life, is somehow reminder of narrow criticism of great literary scholars regarding Plagiarism. Anvari, who is one of the great features in Persian literature and had shown his talent in most poetic styles, has attracted the attention of a large number of poets. Great poets like Attar, Molavi, Saadi, Khaghani and others have repeatedly literary imitated his poems and borrowed some verses.The poets who started composing poems after him, also did not see themselves needless of his poems and having his Divan in their hands, tried to imitate him. Sometimes they were not able to get out of his shadow on their poems. This is to the extent that sometimes they took profit of his poems in unfavorable ways. By careful and diligent studies in this paper, we have found some verses and poems of Anvari in some poets Divans with very strong and documented evidences of Plagiarism in the form of Direct, Modified and surface- modified Plagiarism. While indicating these types of Plagiarism, specifically the direct Plagiarizing, and as an example we refer to one of Anvariʹs poems seen in the Rahi Moayyeri`s, one of contemporary poet`s Divan. Some verses Plagiarized from Anvari by SeifFarghani have also been carefully studied in this paper.
