تهيه و اعتباريابي پرسش‌نامه ارزيابي عملكرد مديران گروه‌هاي آموزشي دانشگاه: كاربرد روش آميخته در عمل

Developing and Evaluating The Reliability of a Questionnaire for Assessing the Performance of the Boards of University Teaching Departments: Applying Mixed Method in Practice

هدف اصلي پژوهش، نشان‌دادن كاربرد روش تحقيق آميخته در تهيه و اعتباريابي پرسش‌نامه ارزشيابي عملكرد مديران گروه‌هاي آموزشي دانشگاه فردوسي بود. مقاله حاضر، ضمن روشن‌كردن مسير طي‌شده در طراحي و اعتباريابي ابزار، نتايج به-دست‌آمده در قالب پرسش‌نامه هاي تهيه‌شده را نيز ارايه‌داده‌است. جامعه پژوهش، شامل چهار گروه؛ اعضاي هييت علمي، مديران گروه‌هاي آموزشي، روسا و معاونان آموزشي دانشكده ها و دانشجويان بود. به كمك مصاحبه، مذاكره با متخصصان و مرور مستندات، با استفاده از روش دلفي، مولفه هاي اصلي فرم ارزشيابي تهيه‌شد؛ پس از دستيابي به مولفه ها، پيش نويس اوليه پرسش‌نامه ها در چهار فرم و براي چهار گروه آزمودني تهيه‌شد. پرسش‌نامه هاي اوليه، روي 112 عضو هييت علمي، 24 رييس و معاون آموزشي دانشكده ، 56 مدير گروه و 112 دانشجو به مرحله اجرا درآمد. با بهره گيري از شاخص‌هاي آمار توصيفي و آزمون‌هاي استنباطي شامل «ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ و تحليل واريانس يك‌طرفه»، داده‌هاي حاصل از پرسش‌نامه هاي تهيه و اجراشده، مورد اعتباريابي قرار‌گرفت. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي پرسش‌نامه‌ها از نظر ويژگي هاي فني برحسب نظر اعضاي هييت علمي (ارزيابي توسط همكار) برابر با 96/0، روسا و معاونان آموزشي دانشكده ها (ارزيابي توسط فرادستان) برابر با 96/0، مدير گروه (خود- ارزيابي) برابر با 86/0 و دانشجويان (ارزيابي توسط مصرف‌كنندگان يا مشتريان) برابر با 79/0 بود كه معتبر و مناسب هستند. درمجموع، بيش از 70 درصد از پاسخ دهندگان، پرسش‌نامه هاي تهيه‌شده را مناسب تشخيص‌داده، تفاوتي معني دار هم در متوسط نظريات آنها ديده‌نشد. در پايان مقاله حاضر، نمونه فرم هاي ارزيابي تهيه و اعتبارسنجي‌شده، ارايه‌شده‌است

The survey pointed to indicate applying of mixed research method for developing and evaluating the reliability of a questionnaire that was created for assessing the validation of the quationaire and the performance of it in head departments at the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Accordingly, the paper clarified and validate all parameters was done as the procedure as well as presents the obtained results. Research population included the faculty members, head of departments, the dean of faculty and its deputy and students. At first, the main items of assessment developed by interviews, negotiations, document review, and applying the Delphi technique, then it was developed a draft of the questionnaires in four forms. 112 faculty members, 24 deans of faculty and its deputy, 56 head departments, and 112 students responded to their own separate questionnaires. By using statistical relevant methods, including Chronbach Alpha coefficient and ANOVA, the data was analyzed. Findings showed that the questionnaires are reliable with relying on a 0/96 for faculty members, 0/96 for the dean of faculty and its deputy, 0/86 for department head and finally 0/79 for students, as the result of Chronbach Alpha analysis. In general, more than 70% of respondents distinguished the questionnaires reliable and appropriate for assessing the performance of head departments while there was not a subtential difference among them, all four groups average. At the end of the paper it is presented the four questionnaires as the appendix.
