بررسي عوامل موثر بر توسعه خريد اينترنتي كتاب در كشور؛ ارايه يك مدل مفهومي و ارزيابي آن در دانشگاه ها

Investigating the Effective Factors on Development of Book Purchasing via Internet in Iran; Proposing a Conceptual Model and Evaluating It in Universities

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، ارايه ي مدلي مفهومي از خريد اينترنتي كتاب و ارزيابي آن در دانشگاه هاي كشور با استفاده از مطالعه ي نگرش دانشجويان و استادان مي باشد كه با توجه به ماهيت آن، پژوهشي توصيفي و پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق تمامي دانشجويان و استادان تحت پوشش وزارت علوم، تحقيقات و فناوري كه حداقل يكبار تجربه خريد اينترنتي كتاب داشته اند، مي باشد. نمونه آماري در اين تحقيق از نوع تركيبي و مشتمل بر 384 دانشجو و استاد از 12 دانشگاه كشور بوده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد به ترتيب چهار فرضيه ساماندهي ارتباطات اطلاعاتي، تسهيل روند انتخاب و دستيابي به كتاب، امنيت اطلاعات و حفظ حريم شخصي و كاهش هزينه هاي معامله در سطح اطمينان 99 درصد تاييد شده است. ضمن آن كه فرضيه هاي تحقيق با شدت بيشتري از سوي دانشجويان نسبت به استادان، مورد تاييد قرار گرفت.

The main purpose of this research is presenting a conceptual model for Book Purchasing via Internet (BPI) and evaluating it through an investigation of professors and studentsʹ attitudes in Iranʹs universities. For this purpose and paying attention to the nature of the investiga-tion, a descriptive/survey study was carried out. The statistical society of this study consists of all professors and students covered by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, at least having one BPI experience. Statistical sample is of combined type and consists of 384 professors and students from 12 universities of the country. Re-sults of the research demonstrated that four hypotheses regarding BPI, namely organizing informative communication, facilitating the process of book selection and access, protecting information security and privacy policy and reducing transaction cost were confirmed at re-liability level of 99%. Meanwhile the hypotheses were confirmed by students much more than professors.
