Identifying Specification of Utopia According to Martyrs Thoughts and Writings in Three Branches of Government of Iran

در ميان نيروهاي انساني هر كشور، شهدا و ايثارگران از اهميت و شان و منزلت ويژه-اي برخوردارند. اين شان و منزلت در نسل هاي متوالي مورد توجه قرار مي گيرد و بر عهده خط مشي گذاران سطوح گوناگون حكومت است كه اين اهميت را دريافته، مورد توجه قرار دهند. يكي از بهترين راه هاي رعايت حرمت شهدا، توجه به آرمان ها و انديشه هاي آنان است. اين مهم معمولاً مورد تاييد وجدان عامه مردم قرار مي گيرد. در اين پژوهش تلاش شده است تا با تحليل محتواي آثار شهدا، مختصات آرماني جامعه مطلوب از ديدگاه آنان ترسيم شود و مدنظر خط مشي گذاران قرار گيرد. مختصاتي كه بيش از هر چيز با تعهد به تحقق عدالت در ساحت هاي گوناگون حيات اجتماعي شناسايي مي شود. نتيجه اين پژوهش استخراج 28 شاخص در سه عرصه سياسي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي- اجتماعي است كه به منزله رسالت هاي حكومت و مردم، مورد تاكيد شهدا در ساخت جامعه آرماني به شمار مي رود.

Martyrs have a special prestige in any society and this prestige and position is always appreciated by generations. So, policy makers in different levels of government are responsible to consider and gratitude and make their decisions accordingly. In fact one of the best ways to respect martyrs is paying attention to their ideals and thoughts. This is usually verified by general public conscience. In this research we have tried to analyze contents of writings that remained to us by martyrs in three branches of government and we have identified specification of their highest instance of society (how to build and manage our cities) through content analysis of their writings. It is expected that policy makers of our country pay perfect attention to these specifications while making major decisions and policies about future of the society. Commitment to achieve justice at different structures of social life is the most basic requirement to move toward the martyr’s highest instance. The researchers have found out about 28 indicators at political, economic and cultural arenas that are viewed as duties or vision of people and governments to build a society as a highest instance, according to martyrs thoughts and writings.
