The Role of Educational Planning in Creating Opportunities for the Education of Citizen Commitment to Traffic School Culture Committed to Secondary Students in Isfahan

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش بررسي نقش برنامه ريزي آموزشي در ايجاد فرصت هاي مناسب با تحقق انگاره شهروند متعهد به فرهنگ ترافيك در دانش آموزان دوره ي متوسطه استان اصفهان است. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي بوده و جمع‌آوري داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش نامه محقق‌ساخته صورت گرفته است كه پايايي آن براساس آلفاي كرانباخ 97/0محاسبه و روايي محتوايي آن براساس نظر 10تن از اساتيد صاحب‌نظر مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. سپس ابزار پژوهش بين نمونه 367نفري از جامعه آماري (كارشناسان ستادي آموزش و پرورش، مديران و دبيران دوره ي متوسطه) به شيوه نمونه گيري خوشه اي و طبقه اي متناسب با حجم، توزيع شد. اين پژوهش نشان داد: 1- در وضعيت موجود، برنامه‏ريزي آموزشي به‌اندازه كم در ايجاد و توسعه انگاره دانش، توانش و نگرش استفاده پذيرش و كاربست فرهنگ ترافيك نقش دارد. 2- در وضعيت مطلوب، برنامه‏ريزي آموزشي، بايد به‌اندازه زياد در ايجاد و توسعه انگاره دانش، توانش و نگرش استفاده پذيرش و كاربست فرهنگ ترافيك نقش داشته باشد. 3- تفاوت قابل ملاحظه و معناداري بين وضعيت موجود و وضعيت مطلوب، نقش برنامه‌ريزي آموزشي در ايجاد و توسعه انگاره دانش، توانش و نگرش استفاده پذيرش و كاربست فرهنگ ترافيك، در سطح خطاي 1درصد وجود دارد.

Citizenship education and foster the ability of individuals and groups to participate and get informed and responsible decision making social, political, economic and cultural actions and educational institutions in order to foster responsible citizenship, economic indicators, social and cultural rights are a big responsibility and mission. One of the fundamental aspects bred citizen, commitment and knowledge of traffic regulations is schools and higher education institutions which are crucial in order to define and institutionalize a culture of traffic. Methods the study was a descriptive survey. Data collected by a researcher made questionnaire was conducted The Cronbach alpha reliability according to 0/97 respectively, and its validity was confirmed according to 10 tons of professors. The population sample of 367 subjects (education experts, principals and teachers of the school) in certain instances and class a cluster sampling proportional to size, were distributed. Results indicate that: 1- the status quo, much less in educational planning and development of the notion of knowledge, competence and attitude of acceptance and use of the application traffic culture is important. 2- In the ideal situation, educational planning should be large enough to develop the idea of knowledge, competence and attitude of acceptance and use of the application traffic culture is important. 3- And statistically significant differences between the current situation and the desired situation, the role of educational planning in developing the idea of knowledge, competence and attitude of acceptance and use of the application traffic culture, there is a 1% error level.
