A Comprehensive Approach to the Motivation Issues from Koranic View

هدف اين پژوهش، عبارت از استكشاف و ارايه رويكرد جامع قرآني در باب انگيزش است. سوال اصلي اين است كه مباني و علل انگيزش از ديدگاه قرآن كدام است و طي چه مكانيزمي، انگيزه‌ها و رفتارهاي انسان را شكل مي‌دهد؟ به منظور پاسخگويي به اين سوال، از روش تفسيريِ قرآن‌به‌قرآن و با تاكيد بر روش تحليلِ معناييِ ايزوتسو، تمام قرآن با تاني و تامل فراوان به صورت آيه‌به‌آيه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت، آيات مرتبط گردآوري شد و درنهايت، با تحليل محتواي آيات، رويكردي منسجم به دست آمد. بعضي از دستاوردهاي پژوهش عبارت است از: الف) ديدگاه انگيزشيِ قرآن را بايد از تمام آيات، به روش معنايابيِ واژه‌ها و معنايابيِ گزاره‌ها به دست آورد. ب) خاستگاه‌هاي اوليه انگيزه‌ها از ديدگاه قرآن، مجموعه‌اي از ابعاد درهم‌تنيده انسان (اراده، عقل، سيستم‌هاي بيولوژيك و هواي نفس) و وسوسه‌هاي شيطان است كه همه تحت تاثير «باور انسان به مشيت الهي» عمل مي‌كنند. ج) علاوه بر تقسيماتِ موجود براي انگيزه‌ها، تقسيمات جديدي را نيز از ديدگاه قرآن، مي‌توان مطرح كرد. د) از ديدگاه قرآن، تعارض انگيزه‌ها، به صورت «مادي _ مادي»، و «مادي _ معنوي» وجود دارد، اما به صورت «معنوي _ معنوي» وجود ندارد.

Identifying and presenting a comprehensive Koranic approach to motivation is the purpose of this research. The main question of the study is: what are the principles and factors of motivation and how are the humanʹs motivations and behaviors formed from the viewpoint of Koran? For replying that question, the whole Koran was studied verse by verse with the help of Koran by Koran interpretation and focusing on Izutsuʹs semantic analysis. Then the related verses were collected and finally an integrated approach was obtained by the content analysis of verses. Some research results are: a) the motivation view of Koran needs to be obtained from all of the verses applying the techniques of seeking for words and statements meanings; b) from Koranic view, the origins of motivations are a series of humanʹs interconnected aspects (will, reason, biological systems, and passion) and the devilʹs temptations which are all influenced by the humanʹs belief in divine providence (see figure 1); c) in addition to current motivation classifications, the Koran presents some new motivation classifications; d) from Koranic view, the motivation conflict is in the material-material and material-spiritual form not in the spiritual-spiritual form.
