بررسي آلودگي انگلي ماهي گل خورك (Boleophthalmus dussumieri) در ساحل بندرعباس

Parasitic contaminationof Mudskipper (Boleophthalmus dussumieri) in coastal waters of Banddar- Abbas

تحقيق حاضر به منظور بررسي انگل هاي خارجي و دستگاه گوارش ماهي گل خورك (Boleophthalmus dussumieri) به مدت 6 ماه از دي ماه 1390 تا خرداد ماه 1391 در منطقه ي خورآبي ساحل بندرعباس انجام شد. در طول تحقيق، 69 نمونه ي ماهي به روش دستي صيد و به صورت زنده به آزمايشگاه منتقل گرديد. انگل هاي جداسازي شده از دستگلاه گوارش در محلول فرمالين 4% تثبيت و به منظور نگهداري به اتانول 70% منتقل شد. در طول دوره ي بررسي، انگل بالغ Quadrigyrus persicus (Acanthocephala) و هم چنين لارو انگل هاي Trematoda و Trypanorhyncha (cestode) از دستگاه گوارش و تك ياخته ي تريكودينا از آبشش ميزبان جدا شدند. انگل Quadrigyrus sp. كه اولين بار از ماهي گل خورك جدا شد بيش ترين فراواني را در خرداد ماه داشت. هم چنين نتايج نشان داد كه انگل هاي تريكودينا و ترماتود بيش ترين فراوني را در ماه فروردين داشتند. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده، فراواني انگل Q. persicus با طول كل رابطه ي مثبت دارد (05/0p?،41/0r=). در تحقيق حاضر انگل Q. persicus گونه ي جديد انگلي است كه براي اولين بار در جهان جدا و ثبت شده است. هم چنين تجزيه و تحليل نتايج نشان مي دهد كه تغييرات فصلي و طول كل ميزبان فاكتورهاي موثري روي فراواني انگل هاي دستگاه گوارش ماهي گل خورك مي باشند.

The present study was conducted to investigate the ecology of the ectoparasites and gastrointestinal parasites of Mudskipper fish in coastal waters of Bandar- Abbas from late Dec 2011 to Jun 2012. 69 specimens of fish species (Boleophthalmus dussumieri) were collected and transported to the laboratory. The isolated parasites were fixed in 4% formalin and preserved in 70% ethanol. Three species of endoparasites (Quadrigyrus (Acanthogyrus) persicus (Acanthocephala), Termatoda, Trypanorhyncha (cestode)) and one species of protozoa (trichodina) were separated from intestine and gill of hosts, respectively.The results indicated that the highest average intensity and abundance of Quadrigyridae which was first isolated from Mudskipper, was observed in June, and the highest average intensity of Termatoda and Trypanorhyncha was observed in March and April. A positive correlation was obtained between the Q. persicus abundance and the host’s total length. At present study Quadrigyrus (Acanthogyrus) persicus was recorded as new species of parasite. Also, this study showed that some factors: such as seasonal variation and the total length of the host affect on the abundance and intensity of gastrointestinal parasites.
