بررسي نقش اجتماعي پليس فتا در احساس امنيت خانواده‌ها در فضاي سايبر (مطالعه موردي: خانواده‌هاي ساكن در شهر مشهد مقدس)

Investigating the Social Role of FATA Police Feeling of Security for Families in Cyberspace(Case Study: Families Residing in Mashhad)

چكيده مقدمه و هدف: احساس امنيت يكي از ابعاد اساسي مفهوم امنيت در معناي كلي آن است. ايجاد احساس امنيت براي خانواده‌ها در فضاي سايبر در برابر تهديداتي كه از جانب كنشگران مختلف، ابعاد مختلف امنيت جاني، جمعي، مالي و فكري آنها را تحت تاثير قرار مي‌دهد، يكي از مهمترين دغدغه‌هاي پليس فضاي تبادل اطلاعات(فتا) در جامعه امروز ما است. به نظر مي‌رسد عملكرد اجتماعي اين نهاد تخصصي انتظامي به اشكال گوناگون مي‌تواند در فرايند توليد و استمرار احساس امنيت خانواده‌ها در فضاي سايبري موثر باشد. هدف تحقيق، بررسي ارتباط بين نقش اجتماعي پليس فتا بر احساس امنيت خانواده‌ها در شهر مشهد است. روش كار: روش تحقيق پيمايشي و از نوع همبستگي است. ابزار اصلي جمع‌آوري‌ اطلاعات در اين پژوهش پرسشنامه مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق، كليه خانواده‌هاي ساكن شهر مشهد مي‌باشند كه در انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه گيري خوشه‌اي و نمونه‌گيري تصادفي استفاده شده است و تعداد 1000 سرپرست خانواده به صورت نمونه انتخاب شده اند. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي آماري مورد نظر و در قالب نرم افزارهاي Spss و Amos انجام شده است. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهند كه نقش‌هاي اجتماعي پليس فتا، ارتباط گسترده‌اي با احساس امنيت خانواده‌ها در فضاي سايبر دارد. مهمترين يافته تحقيق، وجود رابطه معنادار و مثبت بين نقش اجتماعي پليس فتا با احساس امنيت خانواده‌هاي ساكن اين شهر در فضاي سايبر است. در رابطه با معناداري هر يك از ابعاد؛ بُعد پاسخگويي مناسب پليس فتا به خانواده‌ها با بُعد فكري، بُعد برگزاري كلاس‌هاي آموزشي توسط پليس فتا براي خانواده‌ها با بُعدهاي جمعي و مالي، بُعد جلب اعتماد خانواده‌ها به توانمندي اين پليس با بُعدهاي جمعي و فكري، بُعد ارايه راه‌هاي دسترسي سريع به پليس فتا براي خانواده‌ها با بعدهاي جاني و جمعي، بُعد انعكاس موفقيت‌هاي اين پليس براي خانواده‌ها با بُعدهاي جمعي و فكري، بُعد ارايه راهكارهاي كاربردي كنترل افراد در فضاي سايبر براي خانواده‌ها با بُعدهاي مالي و فكري و بُعد ارايه اخطارهاي پيشگيرانه در فضاي سايبر براي خانواده‌ها با تمامي ابعاد احساس امنيت معنادار است. با نتايج بدست آمده از ابعاد متغيرهاي ذكر شده مي‌توان گفت كه بيشترين مقدار تاثيرگذاري در مولفه جلب اعتماد خانواده‌ها به توانمندي پليس فتا با بُعد جمعي احساس امنيت خانواده‌ها (182/0 = r) است و كمترين مقدار تاثيرگذاري نيز مولفه پاسخگويي در نقش اجتماعي پليس با بعد جاني احساس امنيت خانواده‌ها (013/0 = r) است. بحث و نتيجه‌گيري‌: نتايج تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه از يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مي‌توان جهت آگاه‌سازي مديران ناجا و نيز شفاف‌سازي و تقويت نقش اجتماعي پليس فتا در برنامه‌هاي توليد احساس امنيت خانواده‌ها در فضاي سايبر استفاده نمود.

Abstract Introduction and Objectives: Sense of security is one of the fundamental aspects of security concept in its general meaning. Creating a sense of security for families in cyberspace against threats from different actors which affects different aspects of their physical, social, financial and intellectual security is one of the main concerns of Information Exchange Space Police (FATA) in our todayʹs society. It seems that the social function of this specialized police organization can be effective in the process of producing and continuity of familiesʹ security feeling in cyberspace in various forms. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between social roles of FATA police on familiesʹ security feeling in Mashhad. Method: This is a survey study and correlation type. Data was gathered by means of a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study is all families residing in Mashhad, which 1000 heads of households have been selected by cluster and random sampling method. Data analysis was performed by applying statistical tests in the form of SPSS and AMOS soft wares. Findings: The findings show that social roles of FATA police have a wide relation to familiesʹ security feeling in cyberspace. The main finding of this study is a positive and significant relationship between social role of FATA police and familiesʹ security feeling residing in this city in cyberspace. In relation with significance of each dimension; Appropriate response of FATA police dimension with intellectual dimension, holding educational classes by FATA police for families with social and financial dimensions, gaining the trust of families to police ability with intellectual and social dimensions, offering the quick access to FATA police for families with life and social dimensions, reflection of the police success for families with social and intellectual dimensions, providing practical approaches for controlling people in cyberspace with financial and intellectual dimensions and providing preventive alerts in cyberspace for families with all dimensions of security feeling are significant. With the obtained results from the dimensions of mentioned variables, it can be said that the highest impact is on the component of gaining the trust of families to FATA policeʹs ability with the social dimension of familiesʹ security feeling (r=0.182) and the minimum impact is on the component of the response in the police social role with life and familiesʹ security feeling (r=0.013). Conclusion: Analysis of data shows that the findings of this study can be used to inform police managers and also strengthen the social role of FATA police in programs generating familiesʹ security feeling in cyberspace.
