بررسي رابطه بين عوامل خانوادگي با اعتياد به اينترنت و آسيب‌هاي ناشي از آن در بين جوانان شهر يزد

Investigate the Relationship between Family Factors with Internet Addiction and Damages Caused By It among Young People Residing in Yazd

چكيده زمينه: اينترنت يكي از تكنولوژي‌هاي ارتباطي جديد مي‌باشد كه امروزه در زندگي اجتماعي افراد جامعه، مزاياي بسياري براي پيشبرد اهداف علمي، پژوهشي، فراغتي و... دارد؛ اما استفاده نادرست از اين تكنولوژي‌ ارتباطي منجر به برخي از آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي گشته است. اعتياد به اينترنت و نيز برخي مشكلات امنيتي از جمله آسيب‌هاي ناشي از كاربرد نادرست اين تكنولوژي‌ محسوب مي‌گردد. از سوي ديگر خانواده به عنوان نهادي موثر مي‌تواند نقش موثري در كاهش آسيب‌هاي يادشده داشته باشد و نقش موثري در فرايند رشد اجتماعي و جامعه‌پذيري جوانان ايفا كند. هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناخت رابطه بين عوامل خانوادگي با اعتياد به اينترنت و آسيب‌هاي ناشي از آن در بين جوانان شهر يزد انجام شد. روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع پيمايش بوده و جامعه آماري آن را افراد گروه سني 15 تا 30 سال ساكن در شهر يزد تشكيل دادند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 384 نفر محاسبه شد و با استفاده از نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي چندمرحله‌اي داده‌ها گردآوري شده است. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه بين ارزش‌هاي‌ خانوادگي، كنترل اجتماعي ‌والدين، حمايت ‌اجتماعي‌ خانواده، تحصيلات والدين و آگاهي والدين از تكنولوژي‌هاي ارتباطي با آسيب‌هاي ناشي از استفاده نادرست از اينترنت رابطه معناداري وجود دارد (001/0 > p). نتايج آنواي يكراهه نيز نشان داد كه متغيرهاي نظارت اجتماعي‌والدين، آگاهي والدين از تكنولوژي‌هاي ارتباطي، تحصيلات پدر، درآمد خانواده و جنسيت به ترتيب بيشترين سهم معني‌داري را در پيش بيني متغير (اعتياد به اينترنت) داشته‌اند. نتيجه‌گيري: توجه به نهاد خانواده يكي از اصلي‌ترين ملزومات كاهش آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي جامعه مي‌باشد. نتايج نشان دادند كه نهاد خانواده مي‌تواند نقش خود را در جهت پيشگيري از آسيب‌پذيري فرزندان در حوزه اعتياد به اينترنت؛ با تقويت ارزش‌هاي خانوادگي، تقويت حمايت اجتماعي از فرزندان، كنترل اجتماعي مناسب و... ايفا نمايد؛ لذا اهتمام در خصوص فرهنگ‌سازي استفاده صحيح از اينترنت در خانواده، بالابردن آگاهي خانواده‌ها و توجه به نيازهاي فراغتي جوانان اهميت بسزايي دارد.

Abstract Background: Internet is one of new communication technologies which have many benefits for achieving scientific, research, leisure… goals in nowadays social life of people; but improper use of this communication technology has led to some social damages. Internet addiction and also some security problems are considered as damages caused by improper use of this technology. On the other hand, the family as an effective organization could have an effective role in reducing mentioned damages and play a useful role in the social development process and socialization of youth. Objective: This study has aimed to investigate the relation between family factors and internet addiction and damages caused by it among young people residing in Yazd. Method: This is a survey study and its statistical population is age group between 15 to 30 years old residing in Yazd. The sample size was calculated by using Cochran formula 384 people and data was gathered by using multi stage cluster sampling. Findings: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between family values, parental social control, family social support, parental education and parental awareness of communication technologies with damages caused by improper use of internet (p < 0.001). One way ANOVA results also showed that parental social control, parental awareness of communication technologies, father education, family income and gender variables respectively, have had the most significant role in predicting variable (internet addiction). Conclusion: Paying attention to the family is one of the main requirements of reducing social damages. The results showed that the family can play its role in order to prevent children vulnerability in the field of internet addiction with strengthening family values, social support of children and appropriate social control; so efforts about making culture of proper use of internet in families, raising awareness of families and paying attention to the leisure needs of youth have a considerable importance.
